No error code, nothing will power on at all

Just asked Amazon for replacement, this totally sucks!

Switch is powered on, i just "shut down" the computer b4 I left. Taken out all parts and then took out the battery on mobo, then put it all back together, still nothing. The led for the corsair link on the psu doesn't even turn on and nothing happens when I hit the "fan test" button on psu. I don't believe it rained here in Dallas tx while I was out... What next?

I've unplugged everything and even taken out the battery on mobo. What could it be? Could it be the power supply? Please help!!

Which gtx 970 though? Msi, asus, gigabyte, evga?

My GPU is backordered via Amazon.... Should i let that stop me from building my PC, or should i wait until i receive all parts?

List of Parts CPU: i7 4790K CPU Cooler: Corsair h100i gtx Mobo: Gigabyte GAz97x ud5h bk Memory: hyperXFury 2x8gb GPU: Gigabyte G1 GTX 960 2gb Storage: m.2 samsung 250GB Storage: WD Blue 1TB Case: Fractal Design Define S Psu: Corsair CX750M Once i put all these parts together and install the OS (windows 10), what do i do next? What do i download and configure after that? Would that be drivers? BIOS?? I've seen "burn-in" programs and benchmark programs, are these necessary to run? I can build a PC and install an OS, but as far as what to do afterwards, i'm really clueless, please help?
