Source: https://www.theverge.com/2017/12/14/16776154/fcc-net-neutrality-vote-results-rules-repealed
Ajit's arguments were completely false. Now expect to see ISPs setting up packages for certain websites.
HALT! PLEASE PAY $10 TO SEE THIS FORUM POST. WE HAVE ALSO SLOWED YOUR CONNECTION DOWN.
All is not over though! The FCC's decision can still be reversed by Congress. GET WRITING AND CALLING NOW!
Save Net Neutrality!
INCOMING NEWS:
It's just been heard that one of Ajit's arguments that Net Neutrality should be repealed is that 'Two million comments were stolen identities' and 'Half a Million comments from Russia'
This is really sad. I pray that other countries like Canada and the UK don't follow this. I honestly have nothing else to write here. Go nuts in the replies.
EDIT: Added info on how this can be reversed.
EDIT 2: Added more information and more of my thoughts.
EDIT 3: Added some critical news

jamesnightingale reacted to BlueChinchillaEatingDorito in Lights being wierd and screen is not turning on
With regards to your lighting issue, make sure the cable is plugged in all the way. If it looses connection by you touching it, it's not fully attached. Have you cleared the CMOS yet when diagnosing the no POST issue?

jamesnightingale reacted to Type 2501 in PSU DEAD? Computer shut down.
Computer turning on and off could sue to so many different reasons, not only a faulty PSU.
Had you tried resetting the CMOS? Try to use a different power socket? Swapping power extension?(Or not to use one)
That will be a few little things I try coming across a problem like yours.

i would first off not get a k variant cpu unless you spend the extra money on a z series motherboard because you are paying extra for a cpu that can overclock and then you cant overclock because your motherboard doesn't support it. as for installing windows you will need a 8gb usb key and then go to the Microsoft website and download there usb boot utility that will put a windows 10 file on the usb. then plug the usb into the motherboard after building and it should start the instillation process. be sure to go into the bios and have the usb as the boot priority if you have issues.

it would make more sense that setup and you save £30-40

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 here is a link to how you would do it for windows 10. also i said a 8gb usb drive because 4gb is really cutting it close but is technically possible.

jamesnightingale reacted to UMxMarky94 in Gaming PC plans First time building.
drop the k processor if you're not going to put it in a Z270 mobo and either spend that money on a better PSU or SSD or keep it (that PSU is fine but for another £20 you can get better)
EDIT: like this system https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/t4Ng4C
Installing a OS is real easy, depend how you buy your key, it will either come with a disc or you will need to download a install from the vendor .

Is this for gaming? because if so, you need more than a 1050ti, and can get a lot better for $1200

This build will allow for overclocking, play pretty much anything, and has a whole bunch of RGB lights, all of which can be controlled through ASUS AURA

jamesnightingale reacted to MidnightBanshi in 1200 dollar build suggestions
If you're not doing overclocking, the Hyper 212 EVO is a solid choice.
The motherboard has built-in ethernet, so no need to worry about that there.
-
jamesnightingale reacted to Stardar1 in 1200 dollar build suggestions
There is ethernet on the motherboard
You will need a Z270 mobo, unless you have a skylake CPU laying around with which to upgrade the BIOS
