So until today, I still have the same problems I had the day I bought the Fury X.
This is my second RMA by Sapphire, with the same problems I had with the first one.

I've already returned my monitor from AOC, which did nothing! I have tried everything, Windows 10 reinstallation, Drivers Other cables.. But the problem remains.
Here you can see threads with people with the same problem. The last thread has more than 1000+ comments, and AMD has been ignoring this issue since last year! I've been living with these issue's since i bought this card way back in late 2015. I have gone through 2 RMA's and the problem presists. I have lost my Fury x/PC for a few months now, duo to RMA, and the problem is still here?? I asked my retailer ( Centralpoint.be ) for a refund, but they said, they are not in charge of refunding, but that sapphire decides this?

The first rma's did not fix the issue, except that i lost my PC/GPU for a few months.. since AMD is ignoring this, and has been over 1 year, is there a way for me to get a refund?
Mind you, the topic gets downvoted everytime on the AMD sub-reddit.. a discord link gets more upvoted there, than the actually issue's..
