I think I'm gonna cry laughing, not going to cheer too soon till I get a few hours in, but right now everything is enabled except Comodo and I've done a few dungeons and matches in various games.

Good thing I never buy replacement parts on a whim and make sure they're future-proof somewhat.. haha.

    Edit:
So I'm going to go ahead and guess that maybe the Ana patch for Overwatch did something to piss off Comodo, by changing a common game-file which makes it interrupt it somewhere enough for my computer to trip in other games as well.. Does that sound any bit plausible?

Thanks for the assistance by the way, Labrat! And was indeed thinking of using that but a bit wary of subjecting my computer to any further freezes, can't help but be a bit apprehensive about possible damage. I'll give it a try though since they seem to imply their Training Mode will help avoid these issues as well. And wow where the heck did that bonus article in their post come from haha.
Thanks for the help as well, Deagon! Will keep Avast! in mind for if I have any further issues after trying the above mentioned solution.
Once I'm completely sure things are fine I'll come back to mark the topic as solved

I'd try reseating all power cables, check to see if there's no silly cable management issues (twisted, pressed cables) Also, make sure to check that all of your auxiliary power cables are secured.

no and yes. I am going to attempt a bios flash. I dont think it is psu related as right after I clear cmos I can get to the bios once, but when it restarts it gets stuck again

Do you have a CPU cooler that has a fan attached to the CPU fan header on the motherboard? Some motherboards will
not boot up if there is nothing plugged into the CPU fan header.

They can be a bit difficult to take off the first time. How the connector works is the brass clamp that you are currently pulling on is formed asymmetrically so that it deforms and locks onto the connector externally. Interally, the connector houses a small spring clamp that locks onto a pin on the card itself. So, it won't budge much, but when it does, it'll just sort of snap off. Ideally, you want to be disengaging it with the majority of the force directly upwards, but torquing the connector a bit can sometimes encourage it do disconnect. This is why I use a screwdriver.

The more you connect and disconnect it, the weaker the tension of the spring will become, and the easier it'll be to install it and uninstall it.

@Nord @samiscool51 @Quaker You're all 100% right.  I'm not pulling enough juice.  When I initially created the build, I saw that it came up to about 488 W on PCPartPicker.  The calculator shows I'm pulling in at least 594 and the graph shows it's just a bit over.  I'm going to have to get a new PSU.

Thank you all so much for your help.  This has been racking my brain for the past few weeks.

This is a common problem with Windows 7 now, installing updates is very painful now that Windows 7 is reaching EOL status in a few years. The reason for it is that there are many, many small Windows 7 updates that Windows first needs to check if they are applicable to the system, or wether they are superseded or not needed anymore etc etc. There's no real remedy, I'd suggest either disabling updates or going for a newer OS entirely. Windows 10 or any Linux distro will do fine, it depends on the hardware if W10 is supported or not.

Deagon reacted to Thx And Bye in PC reboots when its under heavy load, no BSOD!
Most probably a PSU problem, since it doesn't BSOD.
Might also be a temperature problem, but you can find that out very easy:

    Does it automatically reboot?
Yes -> most probably the PSU
No -> might be a temperature problem
