  1. Absolutely beautiful keyboard. No rgb crap or Razer corsair branding. Just a solid mechanical keyboard with amazing build quality and switches. I'm jealous.
  2. Logitech and Corsair are on the same level as Razer. For a good keyboard look to Ducky and Cooler Master.
  3. Ya, CPU usage is around 70-80% with a 144hz monitor and ram is in the 90s. I just ordered another 8gb of ram so I hope that helps.
  4. So I've been playing fortnite recently but for no reason whatsoever it keeps freezing for a second and it comes back just fine. I get 144fps all the time besides these freezes. My PC specs are i5 8600k at 4.9 1.28 volts, 8gb 2666mhz ram, GTX 1070 TI running the game at 1440p. My setting aren't even maxed out. View distance on max and everything else except shaows ( shadows on medium) is on high. I've tried reinstalling the game, disabling my CPU overclock, disabling my GPU overclock and I even tried playing on a different monitor at 1080p and it was still freezing. I think it may be a ram problem? Fortnite uses a fair amount fo ram and i only have 8. That being said, I always close all other programs except discord when playing. Any help is appreciated.
  5. Will they be talking about Geforce in the presentation? And where will this be live streamed?
  6. I have an i5 8600k overclocked to 4.8ghz at 1.25 volts and my temps with the cryorig H7 while being stressed in Aida64 go into the mid to high 80s. The ambient temperature in around 22 degres. IS the normal? Should i try reinstalling the cooler? i may have not put enough thermal paste on.
  7. If you're on a budget i would suggest getting the 1070 Ti instead of a 1080 if you have your heart set on a GPU upgrade. Right now since new GPU's are coming out soon I would suggest the CPU upgrade.
  8. I'm debating between these 2 mobos to buy for an i5 8600k. Aside from the aesthetic, what are the big differences? https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813144113 https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813144115&ignorebbr=1
  9. For some reason I can't screenshot geforce experience so I'll just list out my settings. Streaming to Youtube 720p@30fps 6 mbps bitrate edit: I don't know what your saying about OBS i'm only using shadowplay
  10. I attached an image of what the shadowplay live stream looks like when I live stream to either twitch or youtube. Please help me out if you know why this is happening.
  11. That's the example form the EVGA website: https://www.evga.com/support/stepup/
  12. If I purchase a GTX 1080 now for $800 CAD and theoretically the GTX 2080 (Or 2070) releases with a MSRP of >800, how much would I pay to step up? Given the profitability of concurrency mining going down this is a possibility. Thanks.
  13. What should I do for my next GPU upgrade. Current specs are Xeon E3 1231 V3 (i7 4770 Equivalent) with a GTX 1060 and 16gb of ram. I have a 520w Seasonic PSU. I play AAA titles at 2560x1080. I was thinking about getting a GTX 1080 but I don't know if I should wait for the new GPU's rumored to be revealed in April. Any advice is welcome. Thanks.
  14. I am contemplating an upgrade to a 1080 Ti but I'm unsure if a 520w will be able to handle it. According to PCPartPicker and the Cooler Master PSU Calculator I will be about 50 watts under 520 on a reference card without overclocking at 100% load. My current CPU is a Xeon E3 1231 V3 but I may upgrade to a Ryzen 2xxx chip when they are released. My current PSU is this guy right here. So will that PSU be good enough for a 1080 Ti? Thanks
