So I am having some rules issues with my pfSense and allowing Plex from my primary LAN to my IoT LAN while blocking all traffic to all private networks.

I have tried rules in different positions, I have Plex set to notice different VLAN subnets as local, but I keep getting a connection refused  What gives? Thanks in advance!

the programs you listed will do fine, i was thinking of a bit of extra power for future use. 

it looks like the fx is keeping your gpu back, since the 380/960 is the maximum recommended card for that cpu. the psu is ok.
try overclocking the cpu and see if there will any differences

So, something in my PC is not working properly, im getting low and crappy framrate, which i should not be having.
