That's a fair enough point. Do you think the same thing would apply for other Corsair CX series PSU's?

Yeah, I think I'll drop to 500W. I only went with 600 to be very safe in case of any problems with not having enough free power etc. I'll consider your recommendations. Thanks for your help!

I live in Ireland, ordering the main parts off Mindfactory except the case (Computer Universe), and some other extras off Amazon UK. The video editing will just be things I make myself, just videos based on what I like.

I'm hoping to build myself a new PC sometime around March, which I will use for: Web Design/Development - Just basic HTML, CSS, Javascript, won't be too demanding I think Programming apps and games in Python, Java, C++, C# (Android Studio, Visual Studio, Unreal Engine etc) - 2D games, won't be too fancy Graphic Design (Photoshop) - will be used for designing visuals for games, animations, videos etc 2D Animation (Flash) - Basic 2D cartoons, probably less than 10 minutes of content, nice visuals but not overly complicated Video Editing (Premiere) - Complicated green screen effects, HD, long videos, I'll have all sorts of crazy effects going on at once Gaming: Will start off with non demanding games, then move on to games like MGSV, which my CPU/GPU/RAM should probably handle fine Basic PC Tasks: Web browsing, email, writing documents, listening to music, watching movies Here are the parts: Intel Core i7 4790 (not the K version, don't plan on overclocking) Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO Asus Z97-P Corsair Vengeance LP 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 RAM 1600MHz CL10 Corsair CX600M Gigabyte Geforce GTX 960 4GB Western Digital Black 1TB HDD Samsung 850 EVO 250GB Phanteks Enthoo Luxe Other relevant parts/peripherals: BenQ GL2460HM (x2) Noctua NF-S12B (x2) Samsung SH-188CB TP-Link TL-WN781ND Logitech Z120 iBoutique Water Speakers (don't judge, they're cool) 1. Will this rig be enough to handle everything I mentioned? 2. Is 600W PSU enough? (The PC will run at 342 watts) 3. Will the PC stay cool and quiet while handling the above tasks?

I've decided on buying the Phanteks Enthoo Luxe case for my upcoming PC build, but the one thing I don't know about it is if the included fans are quiet. I hope to add some of my own aswell, but I'm having trouble deciding between the Arctic F12 TC, Zalman ZM-F4 and Corsair AF120. In short: Are the stock Phanteks Enthoo Luxe fans good, and should I get 2 of the Arctic F12 TC, Zalman ZM-F4 or Corsair AF120 as extra fans for my rig?

I'm building a new PC soon and I was just wondering what you guys think is the better case of these two. They both seem like amazing cases, and although I'm leaning more towards the Luxe, I'd like to hear other people's opinions on this. I was browsing through G2A.com, which seems like a safe website, and I happened to stumble across this: https://www.g2a.com/microsoft-windows-7-professional-32-64-bit-oem-cd-key-global.html With the G2A shield, I could buy a product key for Win. 7 Pro. for just under 12 euro, (G2A selected offer), which kinda seems too good to be true to me. Has anyone here used G2A before and bought a Windows 7/8 key from them? And if so, did it activate a genuine copy of windows and is G2A definitely a safe website to buy from? I've heard mixed things about their OS product keys so I decided to post here to be certain about it. Also, aside from the key itself, will I just need an installation CD to install Windows 7 on a newly-built PC? (If this key is legit of course). And finally, if it's not safe, is there any other way I can get genuine Windows 7 or 8 legally without having to spend 85-100 euro?

Thanks for your early reply. I understand now based on the replies to this topic that the mobo supports the RAM, but on the Intel website, it says that the i5 supports DDR4-1866/2133, DDR3L-1333/1600 @ 1.35 http://ark.intel.com/products/88191/Intel-Core-i5-6600K-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_90-GHz So would that have a big impact on this CPU/RAM/Mobo combo?

I've been hearing different things from different websites about this topic and I'd just like to break the ice now and ask if I could use G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 2133MHz CL9 1.5V ram with the new i5 CPU and the mentioned mobo, or would I have to use DDR3L RAM at 1.35V? I've seen enough different requirements from different forums which are just giving me a headache so please don't blame me for not knowing what to do with this. Thanks.
