I dont like the way that question is worded because my first thought was what is the relationship between a set of rules that define a language and algebra? Strings are a matrix, arrays, objects themselves can form a matrix. I think the question author is looking for anything in code you can manipulate with matrix math that forms a core component of a programming language. I would start with strings as you can easily find examples of matrix operations on them

Yes that would work ideally if you can get the 99% stuff that tends to flash off quicker as it has less water content, but 70% isn't an issue also. 

Much more than that, you only use a few drops each times you should easily get over 10 uses out of it. If you have a local pharmacy they should have 99% or at least 70% isopropyl alcohol, that stuff works just as well at cleaning thermal compound. 

Yes that stuff works well, another option is just plain 99% isopropyl alcohol which is fairly standard theses days.

After watching the video "You aren't ready for VR - SteamVR Performance Test" i had a video idea in whitch you run the htc vive or the oculus rift under the recommended specifications and tell how the experience was compared to the recommended specifications. So, I would like to start mining Some sort of Crypto Currency, to make a little extra money. But trying to find a good one to start with is not easy. I know it will take me ages to get anything meaning full back, just would like to put my hard ware to good use.

Check System logs in event viewer right after your monitors black out and tell us what it says , it might be drivers crashing , it might be windows hickup

This does sound like a Graphics Card issue. Have you tried to "reseat" the graphics card? Meaning taking it out of the motherboard and putting it back in. Perhaps trying a different motherboard slot if available? You can also check your event viewer/error logs for a possibility of detailed information. Is the inside of your case clean?

Right, sounds kind of like a going... going... and maybe soon gone. If you have another graphics card that you could use in the system replacing your existing one, that could help maybe isolate the problem for sure, but sadly, it looks like in this case you will likely need a new one. On a sidenote as well, you haven't made any changes or anything to the system recently have you? And is the graphics card overclocked? If those two questions yield a no, then there really isn't much you could do. Since you stated it survives a stress test and temp isn't an issue, there really is a good indication of hardware failure/malfunction. As a last leg hope, is the card perhaps under warranty?

Yes it is a good CPU, but Skylake has had lots of problems, also it is not worth the extra money compared to a 4790k
