On my laptop (ThinkPad P50, Windows 10) the network icon has the yellow triangle and the ethernet status says IPv4 Connectivity: No Internet access, yet internet works fine. I have Wifi turned off. When I connect via Wifi the Wifi status does say Internet access, but the ethernet status still says no Internet. While Internet does work, the presence of the yellow triangle frustrates me when everything is working fine.

Currently I'm using a 23" 1080p IPS monitor and want to go 4K for the extra work space. I found this one on Amazon for a good price. However I'm not sure about the brand. Has anyone had any issues with Seiki monitors? I'm worried about poor quality control, dead pixels, etc. Also will I be disappointed going to Super MVA from IPS?

How is it with background noise like typing?

How far away can you be from the snowball? Maybe I could put it on top of my monitor or something like that.

I've looked at the ice, but isn't it the same size as the regular snowball? Looks good, I'll have to look at reviews.

I am in need of a new microphone for Discord. I have ATH-M50x headphones and have looked at the ModMic. The ModMic looks like a good mic, but I'd prefer a mic that's not by my mouth, so I want a desktop mic, which leads to the Blue Snowball. However I think that a 4" ball on my desk seems to big and bulky for me. Also I have a mechanical keyboard, so something that won't piss off my friends would be nice. With all that said, what are my options for under $60?

Looks pretty good, except it looks like you cheaped out on the power supply, there are probably better ones out there for not much more money. See this thread for more info.

I believe stack overflow is when you have too much data in the stack, aka local variables.

Yea, I know I won't be running much on it, I'd have to run games at a lower res, I really want the ultrawide for programming, not necessarily games.

I had an overclock on my 750ti, it wasn't much and I thought it was stable but it finally crashed and windows flashed and I had to reboot. Now my Dell S2340M monitor is flickering, I think it's the backlight. Could the flashing image coming out of the GPU have damaged the monitor and it's backlight circuit? I tried a different system on the monitor and the flickering was still there, so it's not the GPU. I guess I'll open up the monitor and check for blown capacitors. Maybe there's finally and excuse to get an ultrawide.

If I were to get a keyboard with media keys (K70 for example), what programs are the media keys compatible with? Do they work with Spotify or YouTube? If they are, does the window have to be focused for them to work, meaning could I have Spotify open in the background and use the keys to control music while in a different program? And are the keys treated like normal keys that you could bind in programs and games?

Wouldn't the 1080 have a higher IPC since it's a newer architecture? -
PHP strpos() from a variable taken from a file

If you were talking about the line endings, they're using FILE_IGNORE_NEW_LINES, which returns the array without the line endings. I tested this with and without FILE_IGNORE_NEW_LINES, then used if to check line 2 for "s9".- 15 replies

Then there must be more than just s9 on the second line, probably hidden characters. There is probably a better way to accomplish what you are trying to do here. Could you give us some more background of what this is for and maybe we can work out a better solution?- 15 replies
