Eyes always evolve with our daily activities, we normally see at 69fps. Humans who play on consoles can only see at 30fps since their eyes have evolved to see only 30fps. The ascended race of humans who play on PC can see at variable frame rates their eyes have a better refresh rate and response time because of biological evolution, trust me I have a masters degree in Doctoris Buttoxia Intelligentsium.
Thanks for wasting 2mins of your invaluable time reading through this made up gibberish. You could have used that time to email back the Nigerian prince who wanted to donate you $997,455,4324.
    Now to answer your question.
Yes, the difference between 30fps and 60fps is easily noticeable. Especially when you are used to playing games at higher frame rates than 30fps.

You want to look into vault 87 in the capitol wasteland, that's where the east coast super mutants come from and it was opened by the great war itself releasing them.

The east coast super mutants emerged way before the west coast. So it's within canon to have them on the east coast 25 years after the war.

I think it will be partially canon, it's still a full fleged fallout game. IDK how they are going to explain super mutants existing at that time though...

Just can't agree. There has never been as many options in how you can build a PC as now. Most of the fanboy fighting comes from all the choices, and their belief only theirs is worth it lol

    Limited radiator support in cases.
    Limited keyboard options.
Limit choice in modular power supplies
M.2 support was rare and slow
SSDs were limited in capacity and expensive.
    Wireless only on premium boards
    Few AIOs
No way to control lighting across different brands with the same software.
No type C support on motherboards
    Limited high refresh rate monitors

Probably (I didn't read it, it was merely the top of the google search); I know it's been debated to death.

"My only goal is that each platform is seen for what it is" -- Dam straight!  And that was my point as well.  PCs and consoles are not equivalent or even completely interchangeable.  There is some overlap (namely, gaming), but how they go about that is very different.  For someone who already owns a PC, PC peripherals, and PC games, then upgrading is going to be the better option (if possible).  For someone who does not have an existing investment in either (or is horribly obsolete), then the decision is more nuanced than simply "which is better?".

The applications themselves are just running through an API, the difference is layers of abstraction and console API's being designed around one chipset.

There are fallacies on both sides; I think we can both acknowledge that.  I know I use my computer for more than just gaming (CAD), so from my perspective, a console is simply out of the question.  Everyone has different priorities and needs. Everyone has a different view on money as well; as I indicated, for me a $200 difference is minor.

I think the bigger issue isn't "fallacies" necessary, but more over simplifications.  We tend to try to reduce a debate down to a simple question: "which is better?"  Instead of responding back with, "what are you wanting to do?" we instead jump into one camp or another.  The question is really far more complicated.  Do you already have computer hardware?  Do you already have a 4k TV?  What else do you use your PC for?  Are there console exclusives you like?  Titles you already own?  Etc.

I built my first PC when I was 13. I had practically nothing to go on, other than what I've seen in LTT videos. It wasn't a very uphill journey at all.

Also, check out the New Builds and Planning subforum. Not all the people building PCs are "the most passionate nerds" as you put it.
