DragonTamer1 got a reaction from Typho in Anime Club - Heaven Society
So I just visited the MAL forums for the first time in months and was quickly reminded of why I stopped going there. Everyone is a horny 13-15 year old male asking for dating advice while trying to flirt with the few female members while also raving about how awesome every ecchi harem ever is and asking if any girls are interested in that stuff.
I'm honestly sick of the ecchi crap and pointless fan service in general. My favorite show was Railgun and the only reason I didn't rate it higher was because it had unneeded fan service (index was by far worse though).

If you liked that, then watch this.
Feminists need to be in countries in the middle east complaining about womens rights. Not in countries where women are already equal.

I thought this was great.
On some of the other boards that I visit, everyone is now getting refunds on their pre-orders. The reasons seem to vary but if the entire internet is reacting in the same way then this style change came back to bite Blizzard in the ass... sorry another bad pun...

A lot of people that I see saying are canceling their preorders are saying that it's because Blizzard was so quick to bend over backwards for a SJW. Only a very small handful are because of the actual pose itself.
If Blizzard had released the change in a patch with a group of other changes and left the change in the patch notes with everything else I suspect there would be much less of an uproar. As it is, they went onto a forum and addressed the change in a thread where a guy was complaining about not being P.C. and specifically said that they were taking it out but left any other details about a patch out of the discussion. It also wouldn't be such a big deal if they had mentioned changes to some of the other characters as well.
This is simply a case of over-reacting to bad PR and poor context. While Blizzard said that it was not to pander to anyone, I feel that is only half true. While they may not be pandering to an individual, they most likely are pandering to a group of people that in reality make up a very small portion of their customer base. Blizzard is not the only one that has done this recently but I'm not going to go off the rails to discuss the others because I will just end up complain about how screwed up we are as a country.
My personal issue is not that the change took place, but that such a weak and unfounded complaint not only managed to warrant a response but it also the fact that change was announced in response to this (as I said above, it's all about context).

Anime has a lot of different genres just like TV shows. For the most part the genres are the same as most TV shows with a few extras that are thrown in.
I personally reccomend:
Mars of Destruction
Skelter Heaven
Sword Art Online (both seasons)
Boku no Pico
Corey in the House
Don't actaully watch those... except for Corey in the House.

DragonTamer1 reacted to dark_xzyph3r in Is it just me or are these benchmarks worthless?
What I don't get with them is that the drive perf will be the same (within like a 1% or 2% diff) so why do this benchmark? I could understand if you raid 0'd 2 drives in software and then did the test because that would measure how well the software is keeping up with the speeds rather than just single drive speeds.

Finished watching Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen, I didn't realize it was possible to make an anime entirely about bathing (sarcasm but not really). They set it up for a second season, which if they do make I really hope it is much better than this season. This series felt very reminiscent of the OVA for the original show but without the full fan service. It didn't even start to get good until half way through the series and by that point I was ready to drop it.

Underclocking both would be the easiest fix and combined with your aggressive fan curve can help keep the noise down. It sounds like your "new used" card is in the process of dying so any real fix would help but it will only be a matter of time. Underclocking would take a lot of additional stress off the card.
