Thanks so much for the tips and help! so i downloaded firefox set setting to allow cookies ( https://gyazo.com/f4b6fc0b5788cde2fac9901a1255581f ) then clicked the shield and turned enhansed tracking protection off for both reddit and gfycat. I went back to https://www.reddit.com/r/gifs/ and im still having the issue if you go to that site the first gif (Cleared for takeoff) wont load without being clicked and loads fine on my phone.

It is 40 on amazon right now and seems like an amazing option thanks for the suggestion!

and also i have no idea how to do the memory test thing is this a good video to learn how to do it?

Hey Guys I'm setting up a build for a friend he is going to use is for 3D modeling and some gaming/Editing. The goal is to get the most out of the graphics card while also having some decent CPU power for Creo/solidworks. Heres the link what are your thoughts?
 
(He already has the 3070 the 1200 is for the remaining parts in the build)

Philips shp9500 with V-MODA BoomPro the headset has amazing sound quality and it is a great cheap option for beginners (beginners being people who are just getting into studio quality sound), the mic is great for the same reason cheap, but still amazing quality. IDK if you want to do anything professionally, if so I can give suggestions for the professional end for a mic, but for beginners that don't want to break the bank and still get good quality I suggest these for music, gaming, TeamSpeak/skype/gaming chatting, commentaries, etc. only issue is they are open ear, however from experience I can say it is superior to a large amount of closed ears and open ear quality even up to the 200$ price point.

yes look at the video i linked it shows you how to do that

don't use the tool use your fingers and put it in place yourself lining the pins to the slots then clamp the clamp onto the cpu.

^^ dont use the tool hold it by the corners with your fingers

if you're conserned send me a pic of the cpu/ board and i can show you exactly how to do it and i can link you a youtube video of the exact way to do it or draw a representation

typicaly on a cpu you set it in place to get it ready (lining up the corners) then when you push the clamp down on the cpu it pushes the pins into the slots.
so you put it in place clamp it down you should hear a weird crunching sound then you lock the clamp in place and you're done (don't drop it as a side note make sure it is gently assisted into place)

hold CPU by the corners (not touching the pins) flip it as directed line up the corners as shown in step 4 drop it softly in place snap clamp back onto the CPU
mainly worry about lining up the corner and the gold pins to the gold inserts. quote me if you're still confused.

that's the monitor I currently have and if you watch it over the memorial day it should go on a sale and fall in your price range. it's amazing to have g-sync however if it doesn't go on sale then g-sync isn't 100% necessary.
 
It's been an amazing monitor and its one of the best 1080p monitors in my opinion.

Thanks for the suggestion! but I want to get him something that he will think is cool, or different. not just some bullets usually other family members get that for him. (or a cheap gadget that would be super useful)

The reason I want the physical copy is because there is something just cool about owning it, yes it's simpler to just watch it online and  always have it at your finger tips, but I truly loved this anime and it's just cool to see that box on the shelf.
