It really seems like the world is far less concerned about censorship when it's fed to people under the guise of fighting whatever buzzword of the day it is, like "fake news".

    I'm not too sure what a media buzzword has to do with censorship. 

     

    I can see an argument being made that using fake news as a way to discredit media is a form of censorship, but that is kinda of a stretch. Its more like just straight up lying.

    The biggest thing with censorship to remember is that its always for whom the bell tolls.  One day its to stop those evil people across the street from having an opinion the next day its to prevent you from thinking different at all.
