Forgive my crappy Spanish skills but from what I read, it translates as "The first masterpiece from Walt Disney: The Magic Cauldron double version in Spanish."
"Version doblada al Espanol" (ignore that I don't have the accent marks, I don't have a number pad nor the time to paste them) effectively means "Spanish dub" although more literally it'd be "Version dubbed in Spanish".
Also, if you're wondering why I'm saying "American Spanish", I'm just going off that they have FBI warnings on them and that they were purchased in Texas.
