hsm got a reaction from cferns1 in 3-year old son's first PC build parts list
i feel like a three year old might need a little more power. club penguin is moving onto unreal engine 4 and webkinz has a recommended spec of a GTX 980 Ti

hsm got a reaction from aneil1998 in embarrassing gaming confession.
ive been into pc's for a few years but, the last time i completed a game, or even attempted to, was super mario bros wii in 2009. yup, the last time i completed a video game was almost 7 years ago. in fact the only two games ive ever completed were that and half life 2. its amazing to see how much video games have evolved in the last few years, especially with AI. ive just been putting off gaming for a long time because its a pretty expensive hobby for someone my age. ive been thinking the best way is just to pick up an xbox one for like $280.

hsm got a reaction from RetroSmoo in Disc PC games?
that sounds like a very specific experience with discs.. no doubt digital distribution is eons better for the PC, but physical media was one of the only reasons gamers were interested in consoles, and the DRM and "always online" thing is pushing everyone away from consoles.

hsm got a reaction from owen.fitzpatrick in The State of PC Gaming
i said that the gap will widen between the pro-sumer and casual gamer. and you thought that was me saying console gamers were unintelligent. good try, but you made a mistake.

thanks for picking apart every sentence my opinion and explaining why it goes against your opinion! thanks so much, very helpful. and i didn't "retort" at all. i started off saying it was my opinion, phrased everything as a possible option, and was open to interpretation at the end. not to mention how you just skimmed my post and generalized my statements.

tbh $3000 is a fair price to pay for the most invigorating simulated train experience you will ever have.

hsm got a reaction from carlosmnm in Best Camera between these cameras?
if your doing video go for the T5i. but the T6i is out and you might want to look into that also. its been along time since ive been into cameras so im not sure whats new, but the T3i with a good set of lenses was always the best bet. start with a 50mm 1.8 lens.
