Well i only play like 3 games so Rocket league: 60Fps @ max settings because of fps cap 45fps without the frame cap counterstrike: 120-130 fps at max settings h1z1: 30-40 fps at medium settings

i recently built my new computer and i am getting lower frame rate than people with worse computers than mine... i have installed all of the drivers that i can install and i need some help, here are my specs for my new build. I built my new computer and took the hard drive out of my old one and put it in my new one and now windows wont activate

i recently built a new computer and carried the hard drive over with windows 10 already installed... now the activation key does not work any ideas on why
