  9. So I have a itx rig with i5-4690k and a gigabyte Gtx980ti. The first week, after I built my pc all games were perfect and smooth. Then for some reason I decided to upgrade to windows 10. AANNND ALL THE PROBLEMS ARRIVED. I had planetside 2, world of tanks running at 100fps or over and some other games and now they average 30fps. Since I thought it was the windows 10 the issue I changed back to windows 8.1 . Well that's not the case. still gaming at 30fps with shit games. Installed windows like 3 times and reinstalled my NVidia drivers and still not working.
  10. Did it 3 times but didn't update windows... However, when I built my pc everything was good...
