Ok. I just pulled my block off and let it hang out the side of my PC and then filled off as much as I could.

Either try to push them into the radiator or get them in the top of the block. Ive tried refilling (i own one) and it is very hard to get ALL the air out. You can get most, but there will probably be some

Shouldn't break, and the annoying sounds might cause it to break because air + water pumps = bad. There shouldn't be any noise though (ok well there will be but it wont be very noticeable)

Either fill it if its bothering you OR i got pretty ghetto once (my computer was apart because I was rebuilding it) and i used a old power cable from a case i had, motherboard on a stool, and PSU in a fruit bowl with an extension to my pump (as far away as could be.) I had only the MOBO power in so the CPU wouldn't overheat and shut down and i would run the pump while I was filling it with water, much like you would in a custom loop (fill res, shut off once res is near empty.) and I would repeat turning it on and off until I had filed it as much as I could. Then I tried to top it off.
So basically you shouldn't need to fill it. I might top mine off later today (i ended up dumping what I had previously done)
 

Short: 1. It doesnt matter if air is in the block. Ive had air in mine for a while and it has made 0 difference.
          2. tilt it enough to get air in the tubes and then tilt it so air goes into the back of the radiator. I don't think the computer should be on, and all the cables off the back will
              make it hard to tilt.
 
Long: It shouldn't damage it if you don't do anything. Mine wasn't filled all the way either. (It might make a grinding noise which means air has gotten in either the copper fins or the pump (i believe it is the pump.) If  it does get in turn it off ASAP and then shake it a bit to try and get air out. The main goal is to get the bubbles into the tubes to remove air from the block, and it helps to know which is the intake tube and which is the outtake tube. I believe the water comes in from the left and exits out the right. You would want to get it in the left tube and then tilt it so it goes in the radiator.
 
Solution: Remove the AIO and fill it with as much DISTILLED water as you can. I would highly recommend removing the unit from your computer to avoid water damage (I take 0 responsibility if you damage your system because you fill it inside the case.) I would also recommend someone hold the block for you so you can pour.

As long as you can see water/bubbles moving through the tubes (you probably can't see the water) it is pumping the water. You will hear when its not. Also if your temps get higher than that is a sign too)

I am into scray games and I have to say a great free one is SCP and SCP-087-B Both amazing indie games!!! I am have to say Outlast is shit storm scary...!! have a look at SCP games and also Vanish thats a good one!! Have a look on IndieDB or Gameshed they have good free ones!

I quite enjoyed the F.E.A.R games, but I'm not sure if they are that scary, has it's moments I guess. I like FPS which is why I played it.

The current Humble Bundle has Outlast in it for 1$, highly recommended. Alien Isolation is supposedly also really good.
I'd recommend that you look through stuff Frictional Games have done. They're they guys behind Amnesia: The Dark Descent, SOMA, and Penumbra.
 
If you get an emulator, you could also try Fatal Frame and Silent Hill.
 
Sadly, the horror genre is filled with so much shovelware, that a lot of real game devs don't develop horror games.

What are we talking psychological horror or jumpscares?
 
For jump scares I'd recommend... I have no idea
 
For psychological I'd recommend Outlast, Amnesia games, Pewdiepie: Legend of the Brofist

Which watercooling do you have? And yes, generally air passing the pump is going to damage it to some extent (depends on the amount of air).

Are you implying Bethesda has a perfect track record...? Because they really, really don't. Fallout 3 objectively had beyond atrocious writing, even if I enjoyed the gameplay and setting. Skyrim was a very mediocre game that until the modding community made it great. They are FAR from some perfect, all-knowing company.
 
I think the game will be good, but won't live up to the hype everyone has given it. Don't forget that Bethesda is trying a lot of new features, and as such is really prone to being filled with issues.
 
 
 
This makes no sense in any way, shape, or form. There are plenty of games that were the "best" in their genre that are piles of trash, and Im not saying that from my personal bias...just general opinion. Take the whole Military FPS genre...Battlefield is generally the most popular, but a lot of people would still consider it very average, despite being shooter fans. I like Battlefield, but I will admit it as nothing special. It is a mediocre game that does nothing exceptional.

I couldn't give 2 shits about Fallout 4.

Now this is just my personal opinion, but with all the praise Fallout 4 has been getting since E3 2015, along with the whole "Todd Howard won E3" thingamabob, maybe it's simply an overstatement for what is to come.

You're not likely going to find a reliable decent video editor for free.
 
I do know where you can legally get Premiere Pro CS2 for free though, it's just ancient.

I've always used windows movie maker, it's relatively old and you can't necessarily do special effects. But it's super easy to use to clip videos together and edit them.
