  1. So my minumum CPU temps range between 15-20Cº and my max (including when gaming) are around 30-40Cº... so despite not being a "pro" so to say when it comes to temps and such, I can tell that these are pretty good temps... but how good are they for example if I plan to OC and such? Using a 6700K with a 412S CPU cooler.
  2. And comes out on this side: Ok guess that I have it right than, thanks
  3. So i got a few of those Corsair LED AF140 fans and I've just installed them on my PC... but here's the deal, I have a S340 so I've put 2 140mm fans on the front serving as intake and 1 120mm & 1 140mm serving as exhaust on the back... but for some reason I think the air is flowing into the wrong direction. Why I think that is because when I put my hand in front of the fans(inside the case) that should be the intake fans, I barely feel any wind... on the other hand the fans that should be serving as exhaust (aswell insinde the case) I feel much more wind... so can anyone help me? And yes I've seen a bunch of explanations about concave sides (which I didn't get entirely) and explanations about how the part with the sticker is the exhaust...
  4. Well on the bios under "S.O Settings" theres an that let's me choose between enable and disabled on a setting called "Windows 8.1/10 whql support".
  5. Just installed windows 8.1 and saw this option to enable this on my mobo. Is it anything important?
  6. Well I heard it when I was achieving 3000-4000 while browsing in a game menu... it was quite loud but I constantly use headphones or loud speakers so It's not that annoying to me Agree, card perfomance is really great but that coil whine issue seems almost impossible to avoid with this card... woudn't recomend when going with an all silent build tbh
  7. I guess I can not really sure though. Hard to explain how it sounds like... I usually have the case closed so barely hear it but its kinda like a little annoying noise like when the pot is boiling too much... better just watch off on youtube and see for yourself If you use the case open it could provide to be a bit annoying though Don't really mind at all if it doesn't affect anything
  8. dat coil whine ... I mean I don't mind it honestly but is it a bad sign of anything? Like will a gpu without coil whine last longer or perform better? I know that probably not and I really don't feel like using the warranty for such a little thing as the card is performing really great but If I have to, I will
  9. Well seems like things didnt go out as I was expecting.... with the whole async shaders controversy going on I was honestly expecting amd's fury to win a slight lead or at least be at the same level as the 980ti but acording to the fable dx12 benchmark, 980ti is still in the lead (Amd's mid end cards are performing pretty good though). I know its still too early to tell and by no means I'm trying to create an amd vs nvidia discussion as I use both atm but honestly I was expecting a diffrent result.
  10. I use these with a Schiit vali and its a truly good combo but I dont think your mobo will have trouble with them unless you go with the 600ohm version
  11. Yeah , right now you can get a pretty good 1440p 27'' or 1080p 24'' monitor at a decent enough price not to mention with a 980ti, it'll do a great combo. As far as I know this gpu doesn't have any trouble handling these resolutions even on most of the demanding games with 60fps max settings.
  12. First off do you use a 4K setup? As pascal will be more focused towards 4K, if you do indeed have a 4k setup than I would wait. Now the question is can you wait? Is your current setup enough for you right now or are you in a hurry to buy a new setup? Sorry if I missunderstood it in your topic as you said you're not in a rush but also said you didn't want it to come out late so I got a little confused there By your budget you seem to want to get a high end card and here's the problem. Pascal might be out early/mid next year but the high end cards will probably only come out end 2016/early 2017 so if you're not willing to wait that long, I'd just get a 980ti. Honestly with a card like that you'll be good to go for quite a number of years. Not to mention spending too much time waiting in this business is not a good decision as GPU's aswell as CPU's are cosntantly evolving. Something comes out this year, next year there'll already be something better. It's true that since pascal will use a new architecture and a new process (14nm), a wider gap between maxwell and pascal is to be awaited unlike with maxwell and kepler but the gaming improvement over the two generations at for example 1080p will be the same. Don't expect an insanely huge improvement in pascal, what we'll see will be pretty much the same type of evolution we've seen with past generations. Of course as I said, if you do have a 4K setup things might improve a bit more and might be well worth waiting.
  13. hmm gonna take a look at itWhat about psu, is it good and sufficient enough for this build, even If I add more leds for example
  14. Yes I know I'm not paying close to that, that's just the price partpicker choose
  15. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/t3fjrH Wondering if it is good enough or if anything could be changed. btw the mouse is something I already have and the fans will be a diferent color.
  16. Let's say I have a 6700K, 2 8gb ram sticks, 4 140mm fans, 1 hdd and 1 sdd. How much wattage would these use?
  17. Will it fit a 980ti g1 and a 412S (cooler master)?
  18. I've seen reviews of it and everything but I can't really understand if it's a small case or not. I have a nzxt apollo atm and I consider it not small but neither big.
