  3. S&L is kind of fancy but has fairly cheap burgers, and all their food is GOOD. Kim Chi Palace has great sushi, Browns Social House & Earls aren't too shabby either.
  4. 11am - 5pm, I'll check and adjust the calendar lol. It's a soft and hard 5pm lol - I'm down to hang around the venue for a bit but it'll probably take at least two hours for the team to clean up and take down everything. Linus will need to go with VIP ticket holders at 6pm to our office.
  5. Everyone except for Anthony (Writer)! And I think you can just scan them through your phone. ALSO - OP HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH THE ARENA FLOOR MAP.
  6. I'm being told by end of day today by @Aprime Waaaaaaaaat. Damn. SO ARE WE! THIS IS ACTUALLY A THING, AND YOU GUYS WILL BE THERE. Let me know what you need us to bring, if anything.
  7. Not this year, plus the office is a complete mess right now lol. Maybe next year we can find a way to tie in another office tour.
  8. Yes. Haha awesome dog! Do it up, see you guys there.
  9. EXP is pretty dope. That's awesome, but I'm not sure if the venue will let the dog in. None SUPER close unfortunately.
  10. Tech demos and prizes - I know it's a little confusing. LTX 2017 is essentially these three things: - Meetup - Carnival - Convention We also tried to tie in some Channel Super Fun styled activities, like the one you mentioned. If we do it again next year we probably won't call it a Tech CON-ival lol.
  11. I'm on it lol, sorry guys. I need to activate night mode so this stops happening.
  12. We'll be streaming different parts of the event, and also creating 3-4 videos across Channel Super Fun and Linus Tech Tips.
  13. Hey Everyone! We're proud to announce LTX 2017 - a meetup, convention, and tech themed carnival all crammed into one event. It's going to be held on July 29th, 11am - 5pm, in the arena bowl at the Langley Events Centre, here in Langley, BC, Canada. The LMG team is pulling out all the stops to create the world's first ever Tech CON-ival: a fun, family friendly hodge-podge of games, exhibits, and socializing. Mind-splitting prizes are on the line, and the LMG staff will be lurking about, rocking you at the Case Toss, wrecking you at CS GO and pretending they don't know you at the Linus' Lambo photo booth. The goal is to have interactive tech themed booths, silent auction, activities, on stage unboxings and panels, and of course a good old fashioned meetup. I'll update this post soon to include a "FAQ" section, but for now feel free to ask any questions that you have. You can get a hold of me either through here or on Twitter @colton_potter. We hope to see some of you there! Thanks to FreshBooks for sponsoring this year's event! PURCHASE TICKETS HERE -> http://www.ticketrocket.co/event/details/97246/ltx-2017 *LTX 2017 MAP COMING SOON*
  14. We're going to do more vlog stuff, and I've already been running it for a bit so that most likely won't change. We're going to shoot for at least one every two weeks, for now. The point is that they just need to be good haha, everyone here gets so busy that rounding people up to "have fun" is tough. I freakin' love it though.
  15. Hey Everyone! We wanted to provide a quick update on CSF and our goals with this channel. If you already saw this post on Floatplane, its the same. 2017 has been an insanely great year (as you've seen from all of the awesome content in the recent days, weeks, and months on LTT and TQ), but has also come with an insane amount of work. While we've grown our team to an incredible new level, none of us have taken our foot off the gas, and we're all pretty much as busy as (or busier than) we've ever been. This year, a big thing for us as been evaluating priorities and ensuring that the time we have is being spent optimally, and ensuring that we're getting the most out of the work we're doing. And recently, unfortunately, it has felt like CSF has been somewhat of an inefficiency for us. The project was intended to be a once a week thing where we all gather to goof off and blow off some steam, but with 2017 being the year that it has been, it has felt like a bit of a chore at times trying to spam a "super awesome and fun video" out every single week - and I'm sure that has come through in some of the videos that we've released on the channel. So, the update. This is far from the end of Channel Super Fun. We do still believe that we have an opportunity to make some crazy fun and entertaining content with the (very loose) "format" that we have on CSF, and hopefully you'll agree as you see the new content that we create. But we want all of the pieces that we post to that channel to actually BE Super Fun, and live up to the promise of goofs and laughs with every upload. In order to facilitate that, we've decided to adjust our release schedule to "hopefully one a week but maybe less," at least for the time being. This will not only give us the time to focus on the TRULY "Super Fun" projects for this channel, but to ensure that we can keep up with the high standards that we've been setting on both LTT and TQ. Hope this doesn't come as a disappointment to any of you - we truly want to ensure that everything we create is as enjoyable as it can be, and in our minds this is the right call at this time. TL;DR - CSF may not have a new video every single week moving forward. We're making this decision in order to maximize the quality of the videos both on and off CSF, as wasting a few hours in a busy week on something that's "less than Super Fun" has the potential to lessen the time we have to spend on the other awesome content that we're releasing. We're aiming to get back to the roots of the channel - making videos that are Super Fun to create and Super Fun to watch, whether the production values are high are low. We're excited to see what the future holds for both CSF and LMG in general!
