Budget: 450$ i was thinking of the Samsung 28" 4K LED U28E850, But is this outdated? Is there better deals today? And is it really worth it getting a 4K monitor?

Should i wait for amd releasing their graphic cards? Maybe nvidia needs to take down their prices then

I recently bought I7 6700k and Are now bottlenecking with GTX 970. Will it be worth it to get another one in SLI for 170$?

Some times its the systems fault when i have tried to many times. 1 long and 2 short beeps. What does that mean? i have watched it reboot 10 times. I cant access the system.

Ive tried: F8 shift + f8 When i try to boot this happens. i know its something with the drivers. how to boot info safe mode?

The budget is ment for a upgrading, not a full PC... i am only upgrading cpu; but my motherboard was outdated for the socket. Sorry for confusing. i already have a GTX 970 thanks for answers
