    For 4k and to achieve at least a playable framerate, I'd go with the 390X.

    They aren't really beta, they are just drivers that haven't got a WHQL licence yet, there is no harm what so ever using them.

    15.7 isn't affected but try the newest beta drivers 15.11.1 to see if it fixes anything, use DDU to remove your old drivers though.

    What drivers are you using? One of the old beta drivers had a memory leak when you had a browser open or something (might have been something simular but related) it'd max out your VRAM till it crashed.

    Yes, but get 60 frames on PC on max settings for atleast 2 years before you will have to start lowering the settings to achieve these frames, either way even high settings you'll still have more FPS than a console and plus it's 1080p. Or you could go for a 380, it won't last as long but it's a very good entry GPU.
