Google is responsible for nexus devices only as other manufacturers need to customize the gui before releasing it. Pcs on the other hand is different they don't need to customize the gui as they only install Bloatware/driver/utility which can be downloaded.

Because they forget how old their devices are. Their expecting too much on an old phone. Android phones have short term surport, apple didn't force you to update, they update because of the claim.

Did you mean the ipsw file without the certificate injected into the file or injected certificate into the ipsw file

As far as I know there's a software called tiny umbrella to save signed certificate and then you'll need to inject the certificate into the ipsw file in order to make iTunes think that it's signed but that method is so complicated.

That's because of 2gb of ram iphone 4s have 1gb of ram. My iPhone 5 seems to be almost 4 years old and it's running ios 9.2.1 public beta and it runs just fine no lags nothing just on the battery is an issue.

That doesn't makes sense I guess, because why would apple improve performance on old devices, apple is focusing on newer devices not older one. Ios 9.2.1 public beta improves my iPhone 5 performance compared to ios 9.2
