can i fix a fried gpu or is it thrash?

I was playing rainbow six siege and suddenly my screen froze and a checkerboard pattern on it, i could still hear my friends and they could hear me. After a second or 2 my screen went black. I tried restarting my pc but the screen was black. I put my old gpu in it and my screen was on. I tried switching to my better gpu again and I still didn't have an output. The gpu that isnt working is a r9 390 and my old gpu is a r7 260x please help me, thanks

Hey, my friend wants to have a gaming pc. We looked on ebay and didn't find anything what we wanted. His max budget is 350USD. Any recommendation of what we could get? I thought about an used xeon CPU but I'm not sure how good they are for gaming. Thanks for helping us.

So my old headphones broke (i had them for 3-4 years) they still kinda work (if the cable moves too much it gets disconnected and i need to move the cable again) the cable is just broken at the part where it goes to the headphones itself. So can someone suggest me some good gaming headphones (i would like to get some with 7.1 surround sound or higher) it doesn't have to have a microphone because i have a blue snowball. The max price can be arround 100 EUR/USD. Thanks!
