This wikipedia article contains useful info behind the idea of Indian number system. It should help in understanding why numbers are grouped like that. It helped me learn a few things today . Looks like they continue to follow an ancient number system.

dbinoj got a reaction from jos in Hacker group hijack satellite links to steal data and stay undetected
    Original article: http://arstechnica.com/security/2015/09/how-highly-advanced-hackers-abused-satellites-to-stay-under-the-radar/

The Turla group which hit the news last year (http://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/turla-spying-tool-targets-governments-and-diplomats / https://securelist.com/analysis/publications/65545/the-epic-turla-operation/) for using the usual excel, PDF, Flash vulnerabilities and the unusual stealthy Trojan for Linux systems was found to be routing traffic via satellites and using DVB-S receivers to receive data from its bots making it impossible to zero in on the location of the computer which downloads the stolen data.

Even though the article says that they target only high profile targets (should linus be worried?  ), the thought of everyone was able to bounce traffic via a satellite without being detected for all these years scares me.

Did you try a different display output? I think the card is messed up as it has 4294967295MB of Vram or your drivers are making this error...
I would try this card on another computer before RMAing to make sure that it is DOA but I think its pretty messed up with 0 gpu clock, 0 pixel/vertex shaders. Try to see if your card has a bios switch beside the crossfire fingers or power connector and try to switch the bios.

I have a Lenovo Machine (Similar to this) with Intel G41 Express Chipset.
I need to connect 1 HDMI projector, 1 HDMI TV and 1 monitor.
I will be using triple monitor setup.

I previously posted on a wrong section of LTT Forums (New Builds) and still got useful advice that I do not need a card with 2 HDMI outs and that I can use a DVI to HDMI adapter.

If I can convert DVI to HDMI, what GPU will suite best for me? I need 3 1080p outs, No fancy gaming. Just HD video playback, presentations, demonstrations, etc.

I'm adding a picture of the motherboard:

You can get a 780, just cut back on other parts of the rig. You don't need a sabertooth board if you're not overclocking, go with something cheaper like the MSI Z87 G-41 or the ASRock H87 Pro4. They will save you $130 and $160, respectively, over the sabertooth.

Here's a smaller EVGA 600W PSU that's still of good quality for about $55 less. You won't need 750W for this PC.

Ditch the H80i. The stock cooler on the 4670 will be absolutely fine for streaming outdoors. A liquid cooler won't fare any better because the liquid will change temperature over time, and you will get the same temperatures. This saves you $80.

All told, you could save ~$300. Spend that on getting a 780 over a 660/760. You will notice a difference if you are running renderers and editors that use CUDA acceleration (which you are).

Dell U2312HM is my personal choice for 23"-24" range. But it costs $50 more than your budget.  :(
