  1. So I'm starting to look at over ear headphones but I don't really know anything about them. I'd like something for listening to music when I'm at work and doing some light gaming at home (don't need a mic but not bad if it has one). It would be cool if they could be wireless and also have a cord for unsupported devices. My parents were looking at getting me these for Christmas but I have no idea if they're good or not or if there would be something better in this price range. Thanks! you guys have always been awesome! http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00UZ3LSTE/ref=gbps_img_m-5_7622_552133d6?smid=A2786WKP10TGF2&pf_rd_p=2304247622&pf_rd_s=merchandised-search-5&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_i=384082011&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=1F5SPXNECTVRHKZKXY5X
  2. I am only using one monitor. So no big drain there. I'd like to stay around the $200 mark if I can. I do play a lot of games like Fallout and Skyrim that would benefit from more VRAM. and here are the links to the two cards. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487133 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487128
  3. Hi Everyone, So I'm looking for a graphics card for my build. It will be used primarily for gaming. I don't need everything run at ultra high settings or anything like that though. Right now I'm look at an NVIDIA 960 4GB but I'm not sure what exactly is the difference between these two cards. EVGA 04G-P4-3966-KR EVGA 04G-P4-3962-KR One looks like it's for smaller builds. Here's a link to my build. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/rdMdhM Thanks!
  4. I also found this drive in my price range. PNY CS1111240GB http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1148121-REG/pny_technologies_ssd7cs1111_240_rb_240gb_2_5_7mm_cs1111.html
  5. So I'm looking to add a SSD to my new build. I'm really only going to use this for a boot drive and to store current games that I'm playing. I'm choosing between these two low price point SSDs but I don't really know much about them. SanDisk SSD Plus 240GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820173072 Mushkin Enhanced ECO2 240GB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226679 Thanks in advance to any opinions!
  6. I was originally looking at a pny ssd for my build. I know not wonderful but all I'll really do is game.
  7. Hi guys just wondering if any of you had heard about this company. Not sure if this ssd is any good but the price is pretty low today. (Team Group Dark L3 240gb) http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=N82E16820313453 Thanks for the help!
  8. Some cheap ddr3 ram on newegg. Never heard of the brand but reviews are pretty good. http://m.newegg.com/Product/index?itemnumber=20-313-429
  9. So here is the build I'm going with. more or less. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xYzWqs. I'm kind of slowly buying parts as they go on sale so not everything will be exactly what I have listed. My main issue though is a case. I am new to PC building and don't really care how the case looks or anything so it can be cheaper. I just want it to have decent airflow and be manageable to work with. When I read review of the Versa that I have listed people said that it was difficult to mount front fans. So I guess my questions are do I need a front fan? If so what would be a good case that you guys have used and would recommend? I was also looking at a corsair 200r. NZXT also looked like they had a few highly rated cases. Thanks in advance everyone. You all have been really helpful!
  10. Okay, so I don't need to worry about bending the tubing in a funky way to be able to mount the rad? Or having the rad covering up part of the motherboard?
  11. So I have a Corsair H75 that I will be using in my build but I'm not sure if the case that I'm planning on getting will fit it. I'm looking at getting this one on new egg (Thermaltake H21 Versa). http://www.newegg.co...PID=3938566= It looks like there might not be much room above the CPU to mount the rad. If this won't work do you guys know of another case that will in that price range? Here is the rest of my build in case you're interested. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xYzWqs

  13. So I'm looking right now and there's three I'm looking at. EVGA 110-B1-0750-VR 80+ Bronze EVGA 120-G1-0750-XR 80+ Gold EVGA 110-B2-0750-VR 80+ Bronze
  14. Thanks for all the advice, I'll take a look at EVGA and Seasonic. I don't have a really power hunger build or anything, just an i5 and a single 960. I'd like to be able to expand in the future though possibly SLI
  15. So I was reading another thread and a bunch of people were not likeing a guys selection of a corsair CXseries PSU. Is there some bad about these? I'm build a new gaming computer and was going to get a CX750M.
