Try this driver for Windows 7, I know it's not a Windows 10 driver, but it may work.

computernerd123 reacted to manikyath in Intel i5-4460 potential bottleneck
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD...
let the word bottlenecking never be used in this case again.
bottlenecking is based on what application you're using, which parts of your pc is hitting, and the performance of those parts.
example:
it'll bottleneck in minecraft (duh)
it wont even be close to bottlenecking in valley benchmark.

computernerd123 got a reaction from TheConverter in So Why Is Apple "The best" in some peoples eyes?
Don't see the need for a Mac rather build a PC with upgradibility and better hardware but the masses want simple good looking products. I phones are simple and with me I like android phones

computernerd123 got a reaction from TheConverter in So Why Is Apple "The best" in some peoples eyes?
Apple make simple products the masses are too dumb to know about specs and hardware and would pay a premium for average to fairly decent hardware with a pretty shell as apple caters towards looks and simplicity. Look at beats that's a expensive fashion accessories with terrible audio quality compared to alternative s like audio technica

computernerd123 got a reaction from TheConverter in Thoughts on AMD
If im honest wouldn't look at an amd cpu, Intel is so much better in my opinion and requires alot less power! There gpus are good but My main complaint is power consumption as it can be limiting

computernerd123 got a reaction from UnknownEngineer in 4.4 ghz 72 degrees i5 4690k any good at 1.22 v
its fine though it is recommended to run it at 72.72 for longevity (average life 10 years) so even on the applications I use day in day out it barely reaches 70 degrees even on heavily modded skyrim so it seems fine to me and I get the silence I want
