Few minor suggestions. Do you plan on OCing the CPU? If you are but not by much, I recommend dropping the AIO cooler for a cheaper Air cooler. Something like the Cooler Master Hyper 212. Use the money you save to up the storage space on the main drive, something like the ADATA XPG SX8200 PRO 1TB.

Curious, why intel specifically? And what do you want to do with said build

Well I know, I'm just saying that they aren't really "hot deals". Either way, it's a good price for a great SSD. Something you can't really go wrong with.

    EDIT: Here's a cyber monday deal on the MX300 525GB https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01IAGSD68/?tag=pcp0f-20 (112.99 w/ free shipping)
Nearly identical performance to the 850 evo.

OMG Fellow Edmontonion. Your story reminds me so much about my trip. I went through Jasper though. Coquihalla is a crazy road. I wish the highways here had a 120kph speed limit. Also our rental car did the same. We blew through half a tank of gas on that road alone. I think it was the wind and high altitude that did it. Our ears popped so many times. (From Edmonton, so used to everything being flat.)

1: Travelled from Edmonton! With 1 other friend. So... funny story.. for some retarded reason, we thought it would be a brilliant idea to leave at night so we could avoid traffic... had this all planned out. I stayed up relatively late Tuesday night so by the time I get off work on Wednesday, I would be really tired. This worked and I was extremely exhausted by the time I got the my friend's place. I slept for 3-4 hours and got up around 9pm.. "Well.. doubt I'll be able to sleep anymore... LET'S GO!" We took off around 10pm and headed for Banff. The plan was to meet up with another friend on vacation in Peachland the following day and just kind of visit and hang out. We ended up getting to Banff at around 3am and slept in some parking lot. It was cold and miserable and since I was doing all the driving (Car is a manual and my friends ALL SUCK) I needed to get at least a bit of sleep.. We wake up around 6am, grab some coffee, and hit the road again. We reach Peachland at around 1pm and stayed till about 5pm and took off again but this time for Surrey! On the way there.. I had a bit of a panic... the road started to become really steep and I had to downshift multiple times to meet the 120km/hr speed limit. When we left Peachland I had about 1/4 tank left of gas and thought "ahh there should be a gas station on the way! and since we're going DOWN to Vancouver, it should be.. DOWN hill.." I was really wrong.. REALLY REALLY wrong... Those were some damn steep climbs heading out of Peachland. We barely made it to Merrit to fuel up.. After that, it was just straight down to Surrey. I was soo exhausted by the end of this drive...The drive back was nonetheless, equally exhausting..
2: We got to the garage sale around 11:00am and I wasn't sure when to head over.. didn't want to be that awkward person just standing around the building.. We walked up around 11:30 and noticed others so It wasn't so bad.
3: The people were well.. as you'd expect, a bunch of nerds haha myself included of course. The "Live Unboxings" were really cool but the yelling from the group made it feel like you were watching Twitch chat....live...
4: Overall the vib was awesome, everyone was eager to meet our own version of "heroes" that make the awesome videos we enjoy. It was a relatively warm day but that didn't stop the people from standing in line and waiting for their turn at the LMG tour around the new office. I also met a guy called Steve. He was behind us in the lineup for the tour and wore a "Vote of Turnip" shirt. Steve was pretty cool.

5: I was expecting maybe a small handful of people to show up and kind of just hang out. I was wrong, and I'm glad I was. A ton of people showed up from all around, and it was really neat to see the faces of others that enjoy the same thing I do.
6: Meeting Linus was.. I guess your average Fan meets Celebrity kind of feel... and it wasn't his fault at all.. I guess I was just kind of awkward? There was a ton of people after the LG unboxing that swarmed him and when I got my chance, it was "Hey can I have a photo?" followed by "hey can you also sign this?" I guess this is what you would call "Starstruck?" however when I think back now, as i'm typing this... maybe it was because there was just so many people and I didn't really want to take up too much time so other can get their chance.... dunno

7:Meeting other members of the staff was awesome! Had a chance to talk to each one more then once and it felt like just meeting another person. Everyone was very personable and very easy to approach. The tours were done in 2 separate groups, by both Linus and Luke. Our group had the pleasure to be guided by Luke. I guess this leads to our next number.
8: The new office looks great! I love the separate sets and i'm eager for them to start releasing videos filmed in front of them! It was a bit messy just as you'd expect from the New Office Vlogs. We got to see every room including the "Editor's Den" where Taran was editing the Unboxing clips from that morning. We also got to see the PC that is now being given away! oooOOOoo

I think there should be one more category: Did you purchase anything from the Garage Sale/ Auction?
I was able to grab a Corsair Obsidian Series 780D and a Logitech G510s from the Garage Sale.
There was an Auction after to try to get rid of the rest of the things and it was a blast! I was able to get a Steelseries Sensei and a Corsair H2100 headset out of it. Getting the headset was... interesting.. The Auction wasn't picking up much speed so they started to bundle things together like case+_____ to try to get rid of cases.. They then bundled 3 Headsets together (Corsair H2100, H1500, and a Logitech G230) and I thought why not, since I break them quite frequently anyway. I won that auction at 80$!! As I stepped away from the table... others offered to buy 2 of the headsets.. so I sold the G230 and H1500 for 70$... 10$ for a H2100. Not bad. I really wanted to buy 1 of the Titan Blacks and when I got my chance to bid on it, I didn't.. thinking "aw well, there's one more!" .... there wasn't... the Titan was won at 400$... the next bid was 450$ and I could have won......

All in all it was a fantastic trip! We decided to stay an extra day to check out things around Vancouver. Thanks for having us and if there is ever another meetup/ garage sale. I'm more than willing to make that drive out again!
