recently ive been getting lag in games due to my cpu maxing out. i have an i5 4690k base clock. never had an issue before but now even counter strike is using 90% of my cpu also my temps are normal

I made sure that I didn't pick a no named psu. I've heard the horror stories about them. I will probably upgrade soon anyways but for now it's fine for me I think
