It really depends on personal preference, personally I would rather go with a slower 250 GB ssd than a faster 120 because I like to keep everything on one drive.

I'd recommend a Corsair 750D or Fractal design R4 for case they have great liquid cooling expandability. Other than that I really don't have very much experience with liquid cooling loops.

if there is cheaper ram go with that dont pay extra to get 1866 mhz ram you wont see the difference between that and 1333 mhz or 1600 also the 270x should be able to run battlefield on high and possibly ultra but with around only 35 - 40 fps. it really depends on what res.

It depends if you got a good overclocker or a bad overclocker, but i would GUESS 4,5-4,6 GHZ

Corsair, NZXT, Fractal, Seasonic, XFX, EVGA are all good brands, the 4670k is unlocked, so you can overclock higher, the 4570 isn't and will not overclock very good at all the 4670k is a bit faster out of box as well, but if you dont overclock the 4570 is a ok choice.

i got the same alert and went to "check it out" and PCPP was down due to "maintenance".
remember to reset your alerts.. all 15 of mine were tripped. database prolly got corrupt.

I'm on one right now and honestly unless you need to be able to run desktop apps (you have to jail break it if you want to so that) then its not really worth it.
Its just not compatible with much tablet stuff I can't even put the mobile version of Google chrome on mine.
