i bought a new gpu and try to installed it. However it gave me a black screen. when i when into safe mode it says that it needed a firmware update. how do i do that

i connected everything to the cpu but some reason i can't connect the usb 3.0 port is that really necesary or i can turn on the pc

i will stick with the 4590 because i can get it for 159.99, but with what gpu canyou play batman arkham knight (i know is unplayable) and such. and also what psu would i need.

what kind of case do you guys recommend i chose that one because it was the cheapest.
