  1. You want one set on slot 2 and 4, and the other on 1 and 3. It doesn't matter set takes which.
  2. I'm assuming the m.2 was the windows drive? If so you can boot windows off the m.2 using an external drive, IDK much about Mac BIOS and boot loading so wouldn't be much help in telling you how to access it
  3. Really? It works on my desktop, laptop and phone? You sure its not something on your end? All i did was tell it to show cases that have a 5.25 bay and a PSU shroud.
  4. The inbuilt windows driver uninstaller is pretty crappy. I doubt this will fix it but its a good first step to know that its not part of the old driver causing issues. Run DDU (I'll link it below) and then reinstall the latest release driver. Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.4.2 (guru3d.com)
  5. Cases are quite a personal thing, I've chucked your requirments into pc part picker so feel free to look at the list below and if you find any you like just post a link and people will respond. You'll want to add E ATX in the search bar in the corner. Choose A Case - PCPartPicker
  6. I think this is just a guide to ensure you don't have clearance issues, you've installed it with what looks like no issues. So I'd ignore what that booklet says, you're not going to damage anything I promise.
  7. I know you uninstalled your drivers, can I asked if you used DDU or just deleted them from the apps menu?
  8. But this is what I'm trying to explain, if the cyber power setup at 26,700 watts can only do 4 hours, then by the same logic the Bluetti one will manage 18 minutes at 500 watts.
  9. Right, that graph there says 247 minutes on run time, approx. 4 hours, expect that's for a 1500watt UPS with x3 70amp (8,400watt) Extended Battery Units. So 26,700 watts, not 2000 watts...
  10. Just a side note, pay attention to the prices, if it seems abnormally high its usually because its been discontinued and you'll struggle to find it at original pricing.
  11. Cases are quite a personal thing a lot of the time, I'd suggest using PC part picker and filtering by cases that have x number of 5.25 optical bay drives. I left a link below setup to filter by cases that have at least one, feel free to adjust it as necessary and if you find one you like link it here and people can give their opinions on it. 12. Can i ask why you need to run it for 4 hours at a time? Also 500watts seems quite conservative for a full setup + networking.
  13. Mainly cost, but fewer cores and a lower TDP means they should boost higher. An 8 core for gaming currently is already overkill, clock speed matters more once you're past 6 cores
  14. Bottlenecking is a term a lot of people don't properly understand. Games differ massively on CPU vs GPU load, meaning you might max your GPU out in one game with CPU usage at 50% and vice versa in another game. It boils down to a simple question, are you archiving the desired resolution, FPS and graphical settings in your games, if the answer is yes then there's no point upgrading, even if your CPU is bottlenecking, if the answer is no and you can see through monitoring usage that your CPU is holding you back then I'd go with one of the I7's
  15. With a £100 budget and the need for it to be quiet, id suggest you go looking on Facebook marketplace for old workstations, should be able to find something that works.
  16. Interesting, seems that might be the scam, someone buys it assuming they'll get their money back if it is to good to be true, and ends up getting whatever silly small amount the card sold for back, whilst whoever the seller is pockets the presumably $180+ left after whatever bogus item they ship to fulfil the order.
  17. I don't tend to use eBay, I noticed they are charging $200 in shipping fees, which seems ridiculous given the size of the card. Do PayPal/ eBay refund the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the item?

  19. Its not that you cant game on then, but as I'm sure you know Xeon are workstation/server CPU's. This means they typically have higher core count at lower clock speeds, which is great for applications that can utilize a large number of cores. However games typically don't, even in 2021 a 6 core is all you really need, the core clock of the CPU matters more when comparing your 4770k and e5-2623 for gaming, the max clock of the Xeon is 3.5 ghz, while I'm unsure of your cooling setup its pretty easy to achieve a 4-4.2ghz clock sustained for gaming on a 4770k, which would likely explain your 15% delta.
  20. Cases are quite a personal thing, are there any other requirements apart from being able to support a large GPU and a triple rad? Personally I'd go on PC part picker, filter by full sized atx towers and then find one you like, check it works and if it does order it. I don't know if this link will work but worth a shot. Choose A Case - PCPartPicker
  21. That's a very good deal if its real, who made you that offer? Is it a friend you can trust?
  22. @lynx_404this is great advice, you'll need a jumper for the 24pin. Most decent PSU's come with one, if not and you're carful it can be done with a paperclip or really anything thin, bendable and conductive.
