  1. Thanks for the info guys this really helps I'm excited to get into this.
  2. A new hobby I'm trying to get into is flying drones and capturing footage. Specifically, I'm a fan of many of the natural wildlife conservation areas and parks we have here in Florida. I'd love to fly a drone around both as a hobby and to see what I can find when I explore these areas. I understand that apparently there are FAA license requirements to even operate a drone. I wanted to ask if anyone here has gone through getting a license and the test the FAA gives and where I should start. I would also love to know what to study before I go in for the license. Link for reference. https://www.faa.gov/uas/commercial_operators/become_a_drone_pilot On another topic is this even necessary if say I just want to do this as a hobby for recreational purposes?
  3. Based take the Apollo 11 landed on the moon and brought astronauts back alive with 2KB of RAM.

I still think "Nintendo Super Switch" would be a cooler name for it lol.

      Or "Super Nintendo Switch"

  5. If you really want to stick with an 8 core I would consider the 5700x. Though the 5600x is a beast. I like my 5800x but for the money I think you'll get more bang for a 5700x which is about only $13 dollars more than the 5600x on Amazon.
  6. Upgraded to Ryzen 7 5800X and had to swap my stock AIO for my good ol Noctua NH-D15.  This cooler will never stop amazing me far quiter than the 240mm AIO and running 5-7 degrees cooler under load.  Because of my case I did have to ditch the front 140mm fan but used the retention clips on a noctua 120mm I had lying around to mount to the front and it fits like a glove.

  7. When more than half of the games in your Steam library are from before 2008 you know you've gotten old...or at least into your 30s.  My shoulders and run time might not be what they used to but at least I know I have taste and a damn fine woman too. Stay classy LTT.  😎

  8. Wow can't believe its been that long I've been on it for a good portion of those years. Here's to 10 more!
  9. Should we panic? Ok everyone panic and burn everything down I do actually hope everything will be ok.
  10. The more I travel for work and mature I realize that my gaming combo of my desktop PC and Nintendo Switch is the ideal combo for me.  Especially with a ergonomic NS shell which carries 3 physical game cards along with the one in the NS is really a godsend.  We have come a long way since the days of my old Nintendo DS.  🙂

  11. I typically keep my old componets like gpus, ram, cpus, coolers, ssds. Probably will sell my gtx1080 and 1800x since i did a refresh. To me its even easier to play older complete titles now in days given the unfortunate state of the AAA games industry
  12. Yeah I hear what you are saying I actually didn't go bleeding edge this time around simply because I've realized thats not what I need and i'm perfectly happy getting what I got which was still a kick ass upgrade from 1st Gen Ryzen and GTX era hardware.
  13. Interesting. It is kinda a shame though because when I got my GTX 1080 through Amazon that went beautifully.
  14. Noctua poop brown is love. Noctua poop brown is life.
