    Thanks for giving your time .the thing is I don't understand nvenc and x264 .I have 1700x I want to pair it with 3070 .but 1700x bottleneck 2080 ti so called performance equivalent of 3070 at 3440*1440p at 3.7ghz.gpu usage is about 85 to 90 % as per YouTube video.i am thinking to oveclock to 4 ghz to get more performance but I don't know how much cpu bottleneck I will have at 2560*1440 p now if shadowplay works well at recording good qualiy videos without much cost I will not have to buy capture card and another pc .but I don't want to have too much performance hit also considering my old cpu also .I am confused

    I plan on buying rtx 3070 .will 4k footage from shadowplay look different at 130 Mbps than 140 Mbps capture card except little colour .I want the video to not look like 1080p YouTube video compared to 1080p game actually looks.if not than why capture cards exist ?I am confused .I wanna record 4k video.How much performance hit I should expect at 130mbps
