Luke always looks as pissed as I do whenever I have to pause a video. No matter when I pause it he always looks mad that I did. LOL

    Hey fellas,

I'm looking for a laptop for college, for as cheap as possible. The order location is not really relevant.

There are few requirements for this laptop:
    > Not a massive brick, something you can lift with one hand fairly comfortably.
    > Should be able to do some light gaming, (Civ 5, CSGO on med?)
    > No need for > 1080p screen, but no lower. 12" - 15.6" is the sweetspot for me.
    > Maybe touch screen? That would be nice
    > Battery should last around 5 hours. (~3h for intense gaming)
    > At least 8GB of RAM (+2GB VRAM?)
    > Either >= 256GB SSD (NO HDD!) or easy upgradeability
    > I like to do some coding, so a nice CPU would be nice (I don't optimize prematurely). I have a FX-8320 in my current rig and its good for me. So maybe around 50%-75% of its power? That seems reasonable.
    > Sound wont be an issue, unless its a horn when idling. Gaming sounds I can deal with.
    > PLEASE: THE LOWEST PRICE MACHINE YOU CAN FIND! I can sacrifice looks for lower price, and please, no Black and Red gaming looks.

Thank you guys for advance, I hope you guys can find something nice for me

Y700 Looks very nice, especially since I can get it for 799€ right now (Normally 1199€). When I'll be going to college the sale will probably be over, soo... Can you guys find something for sub 800? Thanks

You all are going to love this. Its kinda the opposite. I had an HD7970 and sold it for more than the price of two 7950s. So I upgraded and made money.

    1. Has your son asked you to change ISPs?
    2. Are you finding programs on your computer that you don't remember installing?
    3. Has your child asked for new hardware?
Computer hackers are often limited by conventional computer hardware. They may request "faster" video cards, and larger hard drives, or even more memory. If your son starts requesting these devices, it is possible that he has a legitimate need. You can best ensure that you are buying legal, trustworthy hardware by only buying replacement parts from your computer's manufacturer.
If your son has requested a new "processor" from a company called "AMD", this is genuine cause for alarm. AMD is a third-world based company who make inferior, "knock-off" copies of American processor chips. They use child labor extensively in their third world sweatshops, and they deliberately disable the security features that American processor makers, such as Intel, use to prevent hacking. AMD chips are never sold in stores, and you will most likely be told that you have to order them from internet sites. Do not buy this chip! This is one request that you must refuse your son, if you are to have any hope of raising him well.
    4. Does your child read hacking manuals?
    5. How much time does your child spend using the computer each day?
    6. Does your son use Quake?
    7. Is your son becoming argumentative and surly in his social behaviour?
    8. Is your son obsessed with "Lunix"?
    9. Has your son radically changed his appearance?
    10. Is your son struggling academically?
