  1. It's very safe, just be sure to look at seller feedback, pay through paypal and you'll be fine as paypal offers buyer protection. I bought a 980ti last year and it works great still! Ebay is pretty trustworthy, just keep a lookout for new sellers or inflated prices, especially on 1080ti's while they're still very limited
  2. Howdy all! I am looking for a pair of cans in the near future and i am looking for a new set of headphones because I recently bought an Asus essence STX II and it sounds phenomenal, but i'm using a pair of bose quietcomfort 3 and definitely notice a difference in the sound between the onboard sound and the soundcard; point is headphone isnt doing soundcard justice, so what's a good pair of cans sub 300 range? im open to brand too
  3. Hopefully when i get the monitor i will be able to find out, and yea i have that plan, but never used the 4k part as i never had a screen that can playback it
  4. As the title says. I recently got an i5-7600k for my new build and will soon be getting a 4k monitor. I heard that kaby lake supports it but does the desktop app support it? Thanks!
  5. Damn, rest in peace, at least he died doing something great for the world, shame
  6. Hope so, I was gonna buy the WAN show tshirt but all they had when I looked was small and XL, hope to get it in medium soon as it restocks!
  7. That's the reason I got the V Nitro was because of it's subdued design, it's a relatively plan lid but aside from the red backlit keyboard, it wouldn't look like a typical gaming laptop, say Asus ROG or MSI; that or extremely bulky, mine is 5.3 lb, maybe less with that ssd i installed, but portability is a must for me.
  8. I am just wondering because i know there are plenty of people out there gaming on workstations that can upgrade whenever they want but I barely see any people on here game on laptops? I am one of those who games on their laptop because I am a college student and can't have a dedicated desktop because I need the portability of my laptop for homework and stuff, all the while still having some time in between to game. I have an Acer Aspire V Nitro with a gtx 960m 4gb DDR5, i7-4720HQ, 16gb Ram, and a Samsung 850pro 512gb. Anyhow hope to hear about some of your mobile rigs!
  9. WAN Show got cancelled early, and I actually got there on time :(

  10. I don't mind the asking if it were after the movie, however when every video beings with a "like to see more," it gets kind of annoying
  11. Have to say MSI, not their motherboards, just their laptops, too flashy and bulky for my taste.
