  1. Heard the 212 evo is quite a good option. But the Cryorig H7 is better, but it doesn't stay available often on pcpp. Any suggestions? At best it will be a 4.3ghz (Budget $40)
  2. I have a similar problem, only because of a different reason. Try downgrading to windows 7 and hope for the best
  3. I've just about had it up to here with MS' windows 8 bsod's. After loosing significant progress in one of my games due to a crash (who's error I cannot remember), I updated to Windows 10. After about two months of use, I started to run into more issues. (ie. OS Freezing). After a recent update the crashes started again, but more often. A recent one was recording Geometry Dash with OBS, which has never once caused an issue. (45fps, 1366x768, Nvenc) But it now caused this bsod and it tipped me off. I really have no idea why this keeps crashing and I'm getting tired of MS' act. It's becoming more often and I can't stand it. XSplit caused a similar problem, except for bsod's, it caused nonrecoverable freezes. 4. Wow. Best case scenario (no drive fails, winning the silicon lottery etc.) Late 2017 - early 2018?
  5. Aesthetics to an extent. Don't take it too far now 8)
  6. Yes yes, I know. "Minecraft is more CPU based rather that your GPU". But that doesn't mean it abandons the gpu. (I know this from a friend that runs a 2k monitor and gets 30fps with seus ultra shaders with optifine. Pentium g2030 with a 750ti). Knowing that, I'm looking at the 970 to run 60fps shaders. The cpu will be a 4790k. Which card would you recommend for the job?
  7. You did. Sorry to say. Get a 5820k. It will be somewhat similar to the 6700k
  8. Take the one with lower response time. If you prefer a curved screen, take the 8ms, but I'd advise against it.
  9. I'd take 144hz imo. Check BenQ/Asus for nice 144hz monitors under $400
  10. I need to know the basics of the above overclock: 1. Will it make a difference in temps? 2. Do I need to increase voltage? 3. Will it decrease life expectancy of the chip? (if so, by how many months/years?) 4. Is there enough of a difference in gaming to justify the effort needed to OC? 5. Is there enough of a difference in editing to justify the effort needed to OC? Thanks :3
  11. Pretty sure they didn't. Still works in Edge and Chrome 32
  12. Pretty much the title. 32 bit kept giving me issues with lag and plugins stopping etc. so I upgraded to the 64 bit. Now, The flash player doesn't work. I'm pretty sure I installed Flash player 64 bit and it says couldn't load plugin for some reason.
  13. I see on the chart that an i7 with a 980 needs at least 500 watts to fuel it. Would 650 watts be overkill? If not, would the EVGA SuperNova 650 G2 be any good?
  14. If you get O-rings, they will be noiseless. Wow. Didn't know there was that much of a difference! I'll check around for a test with o rings and I'll get back with my decision
  15. But noise doe ;-; The Deathstalker is chicklet, meaning near quiet ;3;
  16. A'ight. Between the two, which would perform the best on 1080p panel? Which solution would be quietest? And, finally, which would have the least heat output? (If you answer, please list pros and cons to make it easier for me :3)
  17. Okei. Which of these would suit me better? Keep in mind that I'm using a chicklet keyboard... Using a mech keyboard is a BIG step up in noise. Secondly, which would be better for typing? If none of these, I'll just get a Razor Deathstalker Chroma ;3;
  18. My goodness... This makes it much easier to decide now. Thank you! - Asriel.
  19. 75HZ on Geometry Dash make a difference?
