  1. How about the XFX 390? Is it any good?
  2. pOh! Didn't notice. Thanks I'll just get the Semi-Modular V750.
  3. How come the Cooler master V Series semi modular is tier 2 and the non modular V series is tier 1?
  4. *sigh* I give up , I'll just go with the H97 PC Mate and a cheap $30 card. Thanks for the replies.
  5. Thanks for the replies Before I get a cheap graphics card , Do motherboards come with integrated GPUs like , ever? I'm currently looking at the Gigabyte G1 sniper Z97 motherboard and the specifications page on Gigabyte's website say something about 512mb shared graphics , Will it work? . I don't want high resolutions or anything I just want to output simple video so I can see what's going on. If the G1 Sniper gaming can output video without a graphics card then that's perfect because I could kill 2 birds with 1 stone by getting a better quality motherboard and being able to output video without having to buy a cheap graphics card.
  6. Hi , I'm getting the MSi H97 PC mate and I have a question. Does it come with Intel HD Graphics? I'll be using Intel Xeon 1231 v3 CPU that doesn't have Intel HD graphics. So can I use the H97 PC mate + Intel Xeon without a graphics card?
  7. Looks like I'm gonna have to buy the card now!
  8. I could get the Asus R9 290 DirectCU II for the same price , but are you sure it's better than the XFX? I really love the design of the XFX and reviews say that it's not that bad at cooling (Less temp , more noise) But I don't really mind it because I have my headphones on all the time.
  9. Hi! I'm building a PC next month and my budget is $800. Is the PSU enough? And can it be improved? Gonna be purchasing it on the 13th or 14th of August so I got plenty of time to decide which parts to get PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Q77Tf7 Price breakdown by merchant http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Q77Tf7/by_merchant/ CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($242.99 @ SuperBiiz) Motherboard: MSI H97 PC MATE ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($88.99 @ Mwave) Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($48.89 @ SuperBiiz) Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($52.00 @ Amazon) Video Card: XFX Radeon R9 290 4GB Black Edition Double Dissipation Video Card ($241.99 @ Newegg) Case: Thermaltake Versa H23 ATX Mid Tower Case ($42.99 @ SuperBiiz) Power Supply: XFX 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($58.99 @ SuperBiiz) Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer ($18.89 @ OutletPC) Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 OEM (64-bit) (Purchased For $0.00) Total: $795.73 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2015-07-20 12:26 EDT-0400 Please note that I won't be doing any overclocking to the GPU.
