  1. Ok will get the mx4 and will do my best to not get anything in the pins [emoji6]
  2. Ok thanks I will probably get this. What about the artic silver 5. It is a pound more expensive but does it work any better?
  3. That is what I thought. Since I have to rebuild the system I think I will do it again using some proper thermal paste (can you recommend some I can buy off amazon UK) and use the stock. I will leave getting the hyper 212 Evo until after I head off to uni.
  4. How do you do that. Please note I don't have access the PC as it is completely dead until I put the new motherboard in
  5. On the motherboard question do I need to get a new OS key or will it work fine.
  6. Oh ok that sounds good I was just that with everything stock I seemed to be pulling about 5 degrees more heat than everyone one the Internet. It might just be a bad heat spreader instead the CPU.
  7. Also do I have to get a new key for windows 7 home premium if I have replacing my motherboard. Cause I intend upgrade to windows 10 in a couple of weeks.
  8. The issue with this plan is that I have already got everything and built it once and now have to RMA the motherboard. So I can't really go out and buy a new power supply especially a 750 watt when my system at the moment only uses 340 under load plus 20%
  9. It is just that the system was running at 51 degrees in the bios on startup so I was hoping that the water cooling might make everything last longer. Thanks for the advice though. Probably will go 212 Evo
  10. I just had to RMA my motherboard after it failed for no reason. So since it means I have to replace the cooler and thermal paste I wanted to know if I could put this in the system without to much trouble or should I go for a hyper 212 Evo. Cooler Master RL-S12V-24PK-R2 Seidon 120 Ver.2 "System Builder, Closed Loop Liquid Cooler, 1 Silencio Fan, 120mm Radiator" Black https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00N93KIES/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_vcJUvbQQ8DC69 This is the PC parts list http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/qsbgjX The case should fit it if I am correct but I am also worried about ram clearance and that good stuff. Drop a mention of I have missed anything else.
  11. I followed the motherboard instructions and unplugged the battery for a minute and nothing has changed. Nevermind thanks for your help.
  12. Ok thanks. Now I have to figure out how to do this cause I have to leave for the airport in about 2 hours. I will just send them an email now I guess. Kinda depressing as it was working fine and just before I could get down and play some games boom and it is gone. Oh well.
  13. They look in but when I hit the power button. Nothing, not even PSU activity.
  14. Ok just did that and it power supply powered on
