In my opinion, you may opt to downgrade the monitor and keyboard. Maybe the go for a cheaper external DAC.
Reasons: If you'll be earning from the music you produce, you'll earn some more money to upgrade those peripherals in the long run.
If you'll be focusing on working while in front of the PC than gaming you can just upgrade your monitor and keyboard once you have the money. Focus on the gear that will make what you REALLY want to do easier, like those midi keyboards and what not.
You can also live with optimizing graphics settings and saving more money by opting to go with a GTX 960 or an equivalent priced AMD Card.
