The 960 EVO is more than sufficient enough for most workloads IMO. The Pro exists if you want bleeding edge performance, more endurance (as if the Evo doesn't have enough), or epeen.

Get the 960 pro. The pro vs the evo has much more write reliability with the 500gb evo having 200TBW and the 512GB pro having 400TBW. The pro will last much longer.

For me its quite a great addition because I can easily move through my 3d models without using keyboard or mouse. 

I know that its shitty but the price I got it 4 years ago was good. I need a new laptop now. Moreover, I'm moving to a new place soon and I'm going to sell this PC and build my own PC for the new place.

I was using a crappy $1 mousepad forever(2-3 years), finally dropped $35 on the huge moused from corsair a month ago, very nice improvement. Feels smoother, mouse glides over it easier, it was a nice improvement in my setup for only $35 and will last a long time.

I've heard msi customer service is wonderful in US, origin is ok, they're laptop prices are same/higher than msi so you need to take aesthetics into count and i think msi laptops look a lot more sleek
