Either there's a diagram at the bottom (probably right) of the motherboard detailing what pins are for the power switch, or there's a page in the manual.  But whichever the two power pins are you want to short those.  They'll be with a "power led + and -"  and a "hard drive led + and -" et cetera.
 
Basically you're shorting the pins that would normally connect to the button.

Make sure it's working and all, then I'd go for it.  The graphics card is a bit weak but the rest is up to spec to be a really good gaming system.  You could put a GTX 1060 or 1070 in it.  The power supply is a bit unreliable if it gets pushed, so I wouldn't overclock that much.

Part of me regrets spending a thousand, but it's a lot better than my GTX 770 at 1440p and my i7 is better for photo editing
 

I'm only going 1080p, but I think I'll splash the cash on it. Good it's Christmas soon.

The i5 makes more sense if you ask me, but we can't help you with that decision unless you tell us what you're putting it with, your budget, et cetera
 

It all really come down to what you are trying to use this PC for. If it is for light work and no heavy cpu usage, then go with i3. If you want to game and do multitasking things then u should get the i5... 
PS. You should also get a different motherboard

Why not just get a 1060 6GB? Your i7 and 16GB of RAM should do well for recording and rendering.

Personally i would go with modular PSU, have look at XFX there have some good 750 watts for around 150 AUD (XFX XTR Series Gold 750W) on pccasegear. 

The leading lines ate leading over and away from the bike, so my eyes are actually first drawn past the bike. Maybe re position lower so you see the grated overpass floor lead to the bike, that would also remove some of the metalwork from appearing through the bike. Also, the bike is blurry. I can't tell if it's out of focus or if you had too slow of shutter speed and shaking. 
 
I do like the coloration though and what you are going for.

Well I can assure you this thing must not be much easier to use  Also the chromatic aberrations of this lens are not of any help when trying to judge focus. (this image is not meant for rating in this thread).
 

9/10 I really like the picture, but I think you could've moved to a different position and got a shot without stuff in front of it.
 

I like the chip, but with technology as it stands today it isn't worth buying. The price/performance is OK at best. Objectively, it is a decent performing CPU but if you take into account the thermals and cost, steer clear

Most of the stuff is actually integrated into the mainboard if I'm not mistaken, and plus the thermal situation would be an absolute nightmare.  But I like the way you think!

I've had a bit of "photographer's block" lately, if that's a thing, but I went out to catch the very ends of a cloudy sunset last night.  It's not much but I liked this picture.

8/10 I really like the picture, the things I would do differently is I would darken the highlights a little bit and I would also tighten in on the center point to get rid of the people to the right.

Get a RX470/RX480 4GB/1060 3GB card as they all cost more or less as much as your 960  

I'll give this a 9/10, I've always wanted to be able to get a picture like this but all the storms around here are super cloudy.  It's hard to get clear lightning strikes like that.  The only gripe I have is the top right corner.

For what it's worth, the bend test is actually beyond stupid....unless of course you walk around trying to bend your phone in half.

Contact the company you bought it from and get some new windows installation media from them, get a replacement PC. I wouldn't mess with it too much because you might be better off using your warranty or their customer service since you might void the warranty even though you might need it

AMD drivers are better than Nvidia drivers right now.
