Is it cause the build quality is bad?

I am from India... My budget is 40K INR... I do have a gaming desktop... I want to play some games like Skyrim, Fallout, World of Warcraft, Oblivion on UHD 620 is that be possible with 30 fps? I generally purchasing this laptop for work perpose...

Apart from work which I think will be fine with Intel i5 8250U processor. Can I play games as Fallout 4, Skyrim - Special Edition, Oblivion in this laptop at 720p low/medium settings.2. If anyone owning this laptop what they think about this laptop...I will buy a caddy and install a SSD and another 8 GB RAM in this.... I do mainly do development work on NetBeans, Android Studio, Visual Studio... And want run Hackintosh over VMWare... :-)

I read somewhere in the Internet that 2gb 960 sli is useless but 4gb sli gives performance as close as 980. I am not sure... Maybe SLI makes that 128 bit x 2 = 256 bit bandwidth and all the specification like 980.

How much power it draw when you browse internet? Same power or less? It seems 960 SLI is good as you and those videos are saying... How much fps do you get when play assassin's Creed unity with txaa and ultra settings? Or games with PCSS + TXAA. could you please tell me. :-)
