That power supply is really freaking good. I been using it for a year now with Echo mode on, and boy the power supply fan aren't spin until it reach EVGA target temp which i think is 50C. Anyway, test the power supply before putting stuff together to avoid hassle of returning and diagnosing.

Yes, but the CX series was not intended to gear toward gaming PC and overclock. But rather gear toward basic machine for office work, web browsing media, and other light task than CX will be fine. and hint NEVER CHEAP OUT POWER SUPPLY WHEN YOU BUILD A PC UNLESS YOU WANT SEE HAPPY NEW YEAR FIREWORK SMOKE INSIDE YOUR HOUSE.

Ultra = bad advertised rating, and poor design. CX = good advertised rating, and poor design. Again CX win against Ultra by 1 point. However, if i were build a gaming PC/overclock i rather go with something else than CX unless you want to cheap out your rig, and hope not getting fry.

It is crazy, and if you look at Johnny Lucky PSU Lemon List, and scroll all the way to VisionTek and Zalman brand you will see 2 Zalman did not achieve watts as advertised and same as VisionTek.
