  1. I'm creating a word form for my mom's business so she can fill out invoices easily on a template. I'm wondering if I can create word boxes that automatically do some simple math based on values entered in other word boxes. thank you all for your help!
  2. honestly man the exchange rate sucks right now, so 1100 usd plus taxes converted to CAD is actually around $2000. just look at the D5, $6500 in the US, $8500 in Canada.
  3. D3200 will only autofoucs with G, AF-S, and AF-I lenses You will also not get any metering with non-AI, AI-Converted, AI, or AI-S lenses
  4. what about the tamron 70-200 LD? that should come in at under 500 used and gives you an extra stop of light over the canon 70-200 f4
  5. benefits of x99 over z97: 1. Quad Channel Memory (0 effect on in-game fps) 2. more cpu cores (0 effect on games) 3. ddr4 memory (0 effect on games) 4. more pci-e lanes (minor effect if you have 3-4way sli, no effect for 2 cards or less, and 3-4way sli is dumb to begin with) x99 is for people who want to do editing.
  6. I disagree, it really depends on how much games utilize physX technology, on a game like Mafia it makes little difference but once you move to something like boarderlands 2 you will see a pretty noticeable difference.
  7. SLI works fine on games that support it. the monitor i recommended for you has g-sync, so it's unlikely you'll ever see screen artifact. I use the same monitor with a pair of 680s. if you want to free up money you can go for a 240/250gb ssd instead, or go for a 1tb wd blue, if you do both you'll have enough $$ for your mouse and keyboard. smaller ssd means you'll have to install game on your hdd, which will lead to longer loading times, but no noticeable impact on in game performance. you can always buy a bigger ssd later just for your steam library.
  8. but I know what the finished product will be called! "The Gigabyte Virginity Defender!"
  9. you probably won't need 16gb memory, the mouse+keyboard combo you are looking at is great, i use that combo, but make sure you pick up a proper mouse pad. if you want 16gb memory you can always add another 2x4 gb down the road, but the real upgrade would be to get another gpu at some point hence why we recommand SLI mobos.
  10. Here's my recommendation. 11. buying that spec of machine to game on 1080p is ... well unintelligent. it would be like buying a ferrari to be stuck in traffic.
  12. have you tried a different site other than pornhub?
