And there I was looking at modding my P400S front panel ! Time to put an alert on that and wait for it to be available!!!! :)

They could just be teasing you with a listing that will never have stock 😛

lol that would be the ultimate troll ... I've bugged CanadaComputers and Phanteks a few times about it, I hope they didn't list this just to get me to STFU !!!! :P

Well, unless you plan on buying a 240/280mm AIO then you don't really need the panel I think

@Morgan MLGman actually, that's the mesh front, I have the regular "airflow-chocking" front panel! :(

GN made tests with the mesh panel vs the P400 regular front panel, I got similar result by running my case with the front panel off, but it's kinda ugly and messy IMO.

No, I meant the normal mesh - with an aircooler it isn't that terrible, real problems start once you put an AIO in the front - and since it's the only place to put one that's larger than 140mm... Well, it definitely isn't ideal :P

    ahhh!!! lol

Yeah, my CPU temps aren't bad, especially since I undervolted it, and it's only a 8700 non-k, but even my small 1060 3GB gets ridiculously hotter than needed in summer with the regular front panel on (in the 70's, while removing the front panel drops the temperatures to mid to high 50's, so around 15+c just because of the front panel on the GPU alone).

I know that's not bad, but still, I feel it's quite surprising to see that much of a difference! That's why I've been looking for that mesh front panel for a while!

Oh I get it now - I always used this case with beefy, top-end, 3-fan GPUs so GPU temps and the noise were pretty good despite poor airflow

I switched my P400 before the panel went on sale, but I assume it must help a great deal as it's the only major thing that's wrong about this case. Got no regrets about the Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic though ;)
