Jesus! Adobe's support is abysmal!

Contacted support about an issue we're having in a virtualized environment, and they started asking questions about idiotic settings and obvious stuff ...

Then posted to their support forum only to get the same idiotic replies.

And then a regular member jumped in asking questions that made sense and actually helping out with good points and things to double check.

*sigh*

I should've post my questions on /r/sysadmins !!!

I've read the forums before when looking for various issues and yeah it's never been great.

At least another user is helping! And he knows a LOT more about running Adobe's product in a virtualized environment than Adobe's support!

With that said, a colleague at work is also having issues with MS support, he opened a ticket about a minor (but general) issue we're having in Azure ... Only to get a call from a guy in the Office 365 license department! lol

MS Community forum is just as bad, apparently the solution to every Windows problem is to run sfc /scannow.

@2FA Hahaha so true, it's SOOOOOOO annoying to read that!! It's never ever the solution.
