    That would be annoying but their customer service is quite good so I would expect to have it resolved satisfactorily in short order

    @Ryan_Vickers Amazon customer service is great, except when you finally find your package.

    After they refunded you, and you end up trying to give them their money back.

     

    Me: So I found my package, so you should reverse the refund that you gave me.

    Amazon: Sure, and thank you.  Let me just connect you to our finances department.

    Finances department: Alright, let's just re charge your account.  Do you authorize this payment?

    Me: Yes.

    Finances department: The payment didn't go through.  Do you have a different card?

    Me: No, and I have enough funds in my account.  Let me contact my bank.

    Me: So the bank said that they didn't put a hold nor deny anything.

    Finances department: So why isn't the transaction going through?

    Me: No idea.

    Finances department: Sir, if you want to keep the item, you need to pay for it.

    Me: THAT'S WHAT I'M TRYING TO DO!  Would have it been a better idea to lie and continue to say that the item never arrived?

    Finances department: No.

    Me: THEN WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME SHIT?  I could have easily not said anything and kept the $50 dollars.

    Finances department: Sorry, let's find out what's going on.

     

    Ends up they had the wrong credit card number...
