Hi ! I've build 3 pc's so i can say that i know a thing or two for computers . Since you are not getting an overclockable CPU i think that you don't need the extra cooling from the 212 EVO . Second thing that i think you should think about is the case . I see that the case has a lot of fans and i didn't see if the case has a sound-blocking material on the panels and you don't need that much of an airflow since you are using part that doesn't generate a lot of heat . That MSI cooler is very good and silent . You can save the money from the 212 EVO and look for a better case . If you are planning on filling all the fan slots , the pc will be very loud . If you are not planning to do so and maybe go for a configuration with 1 fan in the front and 1 at the back so you have perfect airflow Also you can pick a SSD with less capacity , because SSD speed do not affect your FPS in games , get something like 250 GB SSD and buy atleast 1 TB HDD ( WD Black for example ) to stroe your pictures and large files .
