  1. DUDE DEFINITLEY!!! I'm in the exact same boat, and I've been checking online every f***ng day for something new. Atleast the website came out today I just built a dope ass rig with a 980ti two weeks ago, only to insult it with a crappy 21" 1600x900 monitor i got from my grandparents house that Im using temporarily, so I cant even really consider my PC build finished. I've been saving up for this puppy, and its gonna be like christmas when I open this bad boy. I originally was gonna get the LG as well, and then late july, I saw that acer was making the g-sync version (I wouldn't have compromised with freesync cuz I couldn't get anything except the 980ti for my gpu) and I tweaked. so yea, aaaannnnnnny day now... Will send pictures when its all put together! and i'll probably sell myself in the alleyway by the corner just to afford that rush shipping. Herpes is a small price to pay.
  2. http://www.amazon.com/Enzotech-MOS-C10-Forged-Copper-Heatsinks/dp/B004CL89D8 Boom. These VRM heatsinks, $20, should do the trick. and there should be enough clearance between the PCB and the bracket for these puppies. With a water cooled setup and these Heatsinks, overclocking will be a breeze. Not entirely necessary, since the VRM is what gets hot, and not so much the VRAM, but if you wanted to, there are heatsinks for those as well, at $7.55. http://www.amazon.com/Cosmos-Copper-Cooling-Heatsinks-cooler/dp/B00637X42A/ref=pd_bxgy_147_img_z
  3. I've asked the support staff at NZXT about the G10 compatibility with a 980ti, and they said it WAS compatible. The g10 supports the Titan X card, and the 980ti has the same PCB as the Titans, therefore it should be compatible. Where did you read that it was not compatible? Because I am currently waiting for my parts to come in for my new build, and I'm featuring a water cooled 980ti using the G10 bracket. Mikey G http://pcpartpicker.com/user/polakhomie/saved/GNpnTW
  4. I like the Classified the most... but again, when I mount my AIO that I have, will i lose all the extra benefits of this card?
  5. Knowledge. Very nice. So I shouldn't take my 980 ti any higher than 1550mhz? i mean, damn thats pretty good. Is this a safe cap?
  6. PLEASE HELP I'm gonna use an NZXT g10 gpu bracket to attach an NZXT Kraken x31 AIO cooler to my 980 ti, and I'm looking for the most amount of overclocking performance. Should I just go with the reference card from EVGA since i'm attaching the g10 and water cooler and overclocking it myself? Or is there some benefit to choosing a better 980ti this kind of setup? I was thinking the EVGA 980 ti ACX 2.0+, since it's the same price as the reference. The superclocked ACX wouldn't matter, nor would any sort of factory overclocked card, since I will be doing it myself in combination with my water cooler, would it? This is going to be my first card I overclock. I know I may not need to overclock with the balls a 980ti has, and because I'm a noob I should just go with an air cooled and factory overclocked but IM SET on using my g10 bracket and AIO cooler. So, please give me knowledge, and I will give you respect and my gratitude. Mikey G "Polak Homie"
